I love the candlelight yoga class with Anna. She teaches great gentle stretch poses and has the most calming soothing voice. Going to her class is the best way to start my week!

My very first experience with yoga today .... I felt so amazing after it. I did not think I would ever be able to do aerial yoga ..... in fact I thought my first session would be mostly on my mat. Pleasantly surprised and can't wait for my next session...

Took a class and found the studio to be very relaxing and welcoming. The instructor was great. As a beginner I felt the class was the right speed but also pushed me.

Empower Yoga Studio is a Jem. It's a beautiful & serene studio. I brought my 15yr daughter & we both felt relaxed from the moment we walked in. We were welcome with a friend smile whom was also the yoga teacher named Stephanie. There were several doing the Class from mature ladies to a college guy. She asked for our needs & made sure it was met. It was very easy to follow & he r voice is very soothing along with the ambiance. It was my very first time doing yoga & now I'm hooked. It was truly a relaxing exercise. Thank you Stephanie & Empower Yoga for an AMAZING overall

Great, focused Yoga and much more.

I have taken a variety of classes at Empower, and this morning the 7am Fitness class was a great highlight.
It's an entertaining, challenging mix of aerial yoga, TRX-type training, barre class without the barre (the aerial hammock helps with balance) and good old calisthenics.
Basic yoga classes go through typical poses in a quiet, calm, no-nonsense flow with enough time to fine-tune each pose, and restorative (or "gentle") classes focus on stretches and positional release.
Instructions are left to clear description of which bodypart goes where

I have been attending Empower for a few months now and love it. The studio is clean and comfortable and the instructors are all great at what they do. I've taken the Aerial, Yin, and Flow classes and enjoyed them all. Last week I signed up for an hour full body massage and highly recommend it, super relaxing and really well priced. Definitely check this studio out!

I was really impressed with this yoga studio! I got a newbie pass ($30 for 3 classes), but there are plenty of package and single-class options on the website. I started with a gentle flow class to get myself back in practice, as I was a little nervous that I'd fall over and make a fool of myself. But as soon as I walked in, I could tell it was a judgment-free zone. The one-room studio was just an easy and comfortable vibe. The class itself was a perfect flow and Andrea was a calm and wonderful instructor. I am excited to keep it up, and try other classes, as well. They have aerial yoga available

Good variety of classes, cute studio, and definitely a relaxing, anxiety eliminating retreat! Check out the website ahead of time to see classes and pricing and can even register for classes online and do the enrollment waivers there as well. Also several instructors here with different styles and paces to accommodate everyone.

New management, still great yoga studio. Best deal ever for new students with $49 all class pass for a month. Especially love that the studio offers early morning classes so when I'm energetic, I can do two classes a day. The aerial yoga is fun and a nice change from mat work. I've experienced many of the teachers and they are a diverse lot, but all quite good. Even have private training for a reasonable price. Try this studio!

Love this space. Earlier in the year, Empower Yoga hosted me as a guest teacher for a 18hr thai massage training. Sondra, the owner is very professional and everything worked out smoothly. I absolutely love the variety of classes offered, the laid-back atmosphere and the space itself is absolutely beautiful - light, fun, grounded and calming all at the same time.

I highly recommend taking classes or even workshops here.

I went here for an arm balancing workshop. The space is clean and has Cubbie holes to put your stuff in. We were able to check in and warm up in no time. We got to learn a little bit more information about the studio we were able to check in and warm up in no time. We got to learn a little bit more information about the studio what events happen and what our options were. The arm balancing Workshop came from a positive teaching philosophy where you were encouraged to move forward in your practice.

The studio is warm and inviting and so are the instructors. The new owner has made subtle, yet empowering changes. I have personally attended three different classes there and loved each one. It is a wonderful place to practice with a little something for everyone.

Love this studio. I am not a regular but I like to go every now and then for the Sunday beginner's class at 9:30. Maria is a wonderful teacher and has great energy. Like the previous reviews said, it is a small studio but the instructors are very welcoming and there is no pressure to "keep up" with the rest of the class. You are definitely encouraged to go at your own pace and have a great experience.

This is great Yoga studio! The instructors are very informative and aware of the students' abilities and goals. The prices are very reasonable and they offer versatile class packages. Also, a lot of the classes are offered in the afternoon/evening, which is very convenient for people who work during the day.

The classes are small, usually 1- 10 (the most I've seen is 10) and everybody just has great energy. Highly recommend !!

This yoga studio is wonderful. It's very intimate and quaint. The instructors are welcoming and incredibly helpful. The studio sells yoga mats, clothing and some jewelry as well. It's clean, well-kept and inviting. The studio offers a variety of entry and intermediate level classes. I love how they have classes on the weekends and evening hours as that helps with my work schedule. I would definitely recommend!

I like this studio based on its location, intimate atmosphere, cleanliness and one class that I take on tuesday's (core vinyasa with Stephanie B.) I find this class to be challenging and wish they had more classes at this level.

Overall, studio is worth checking out. If your a student, bring your ID for a discount :)

What an adorable little studio! It's located in the Waterford Lakes area in a small shopping plaza. If you're not looking for this place, you would probably not even see this studio as it is set off in the corner.

I had the pleasure of taking a donation based yoga class taught by Monica Stone. While I am not accustomed to traditional yoga classes( as I usually take more fast paced, cardio fitness classes) I was looking forward to trying something new . Several of the moves /poses were very familiar as they are incorporated into my Jazzercise (yes!) and PiYo classes. I will say

Everything Zen has a little bit of everything for everyone! I've taken several classes here with about 3 different instructors. I love the variety of classes and instructors and how each is unique to it's own.

It is a quaint studio and I like how calm and easy going it is from the moment you walk in. All the instructors I have met have been very friendly and welcoming; always asking if we have any limitations or requests.

If you like a little challenge, take Stephanie's core vinyasa class. She is very good at walking you through the moves esp if it is new to you. She definitely
