Group X is a small group workout class with 4 members max. All fitness levels are welcome. Born and raised in Miami FL. Being an endurance athlete, Ironman trainee, and Boston Marathon qualifier, proper nutrition and fitness have always been my way of life. I began my career as an Occupational Therapist in 2009 to help those who are in need of rehabilitation.
Over time, I realized that I wanted to work with the full spectrum of people: those who are just starting their fitness journey, athletes who want that extra kick to boost their performance, and those who are regaining fundamental strength after an injury.My focus is on building a solid foundation based on proper body mechanics followed by strength conditioning and mobility.

Through online personal training, you'll have a dedicated trainer working with you personally to reach all of your fitness goals. Sessions are 45 min in duration. Lucia will provide you with all the information to be successful and will maintain ongoing contact to ensure actions are executed. It starts with a detailed questionnaire to obtain all information necessary to customize your experience.
Finding the right personal trainer is extremely important and it's why I offer two intro sessions for all new clients: $200 for personal and partner training. Intro sessions are required for personal training clients and partner training clients to discuss your individual/shared goals, nutrition, and complete body movement assessments.
If you are motivated to making health and fitness a lifestyle in order to become the best version of yourself, this program is for you. Lucia Fitness offers flexible monthly packages to keep you accountable and consistent to achieve faster results! I provide guidance on nutrition, positive lifestyle choices, and exercise programs for you to do outside the sessions that help keep you on track.

I am 75 years old and had never never used a fitness trainer before, but I decided to try Lucia because two friends were so enthusiastic about their sessions with her. I am sure glad I did because I could not have found anyone better to work with.
My normal exercise includes long walks, bike rides to get around (no car), and not-too-strenuous tennis. But I was having problems with balance, as well as knee twinges that would interfere with my usual activities. My goals were to deal with the knee pain, improve my balance, and get stronger.

I was introduced to Lucia by referral. I attended a couple of her Saturday morning virtual workouts where Lucia donated 100% of the proceeds to charitable organizations. Admittedly, I didn't have high hopes, as I had worked with trainers previously with no real mind-blowing results. But, to my own surprise, this time was different. For the first time, I actually saw results. And I owe it all to Lucia's methods.

As one of my goals last year, I wanted to give my workout the attention it deserved with the hope of improving my strength and my form.
Throughout my time with Lucia, she has been able to do just that. With every session I've been able to excel on my form and reach new weight goals that I didn't know I could get to. Her motivation, positivity and Beyonce has always given me the strength to push it a little bit harder even early in the morning.
Had it not been for me moving to Oakland, I would without a heartbeat continue to have her as my personal trainer.
