Darian has been teaching barre since 2017. She loves creating new routines that are designed to encourage and challenge students at all levels. She believes that the best classes have good playlists, students willing to push themselves, and bad jokes. Natalie has been a professional Yoga teacher since 2016.
She teaches regularly and has hosted several all-level workshops, helping to improve her students practice through strength, inversions, mobility and mindfulness. Deb attended her first yoga class in 2011 and was blown away by the positive effects it had on her body and mind. When the studio offered teacher training, she jumped at the chance and completed her 200 hr YTT.

Yes! Every single move can be modified or intensified to meet the varied physical levels of all students who take class. Each instructor will provide alternate ways to do exercises to make it work for everyone. If you're feeling any discomfort during a move, we encourage you to send a direct message to the instructor so she can provide further modifications if needed.
