It's been exactly 4 months since I met Chris Turner and he showed me the way of the gym (I will seriously be forever grateful for you Chris) I told myself I would release these before and afters at this point I had no idea I would be down a total of 54 pounds and. 62 inches! That's about 3 jeans sizes!

This is one of the finest places ever! The motivation, training and results blew my mind! One of the greatest things about these workouts is the modifications that are made for anyone on a different fitness level. All fitness levels can be comfortable in this environment. The trainers are educated, motivating and consistent. The other people who come to train are unbelievably nice, helpful and fun to train with. This place changes lives! It's changed mine for sure! I cannot believe the results! It's definitely worth trying if you are looking for long term changes and results!

Icardio is my favorite place for intense cardio based workouts! I've been going regularly for over 2 years! Montana is the trainer I come see and she is absolutely fantastic. With her guidance I have lost 30+ LBS. I love the class atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming and kind. Everyone should come in and see how fun but intense the classes are. Thanks for being awesome Montana!

Since starting iCardio a little over two months ago I have lost 22 pounds, 23.5 inches overall and nearly 2% body fat. I have joined gyms - LOTS of times - but this is totally different ... I haven't seen these kinds of results from anything else I've tried in the past. I still have a ways to go but I am making SUCH progress. I LOVE this program - Seth and the other trainers I've met (Brianna and Alaina) are great. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

For the first time in over 30 years, I decided to start working out. Chris Turner and iCardio were recommended by friends. I'm eight weeks in, feeling very encouraged. It's an intense, fun workout. Chris has been fantastic to work with. Class hours are flexible, and class size never overbooked. My husband and I are very happy we found him!

ICardio is AWESOME. This gym is a one-hour absolutely killer workout that's still low-impact enough to be appropriate for all ages, fitness levels etc. It's similar to Orangetheory but so much better: no gimmicky heart rate monitor to mess with, and no treadmills that aggravate my ankle's tendinitis. Try it out - you'll love it!
