Well I waited 3 or 4 days now to get my dishwasher fixed and they keep on telling me it will be fixed this day and wasnt then another and nothing and then another day and then still nothing when u tell someone it will be fixed and plan ahead and still nothing day after day and nothing and now still water sitting in my dishwasher for 3 or 4 days now witch is unsanitary and would like to speak with the owner's thanks

BUGS🤢 lived here for 5 years not by choice spiders, flying roaches, flies from neighbors trash and overflowing dumpsters, fleas, oh and now termites:)
Hopefully I’ll have a bed when I wake up hope the termites don’t eat it.
Also..
-Terrible phone reception
-No parking
-Screaming kids (near office buildings)
-Muddy sidewalks allll the time
-No lights at night
-On multiple occasions neighbors have fell through the floors in buildings C
-Thin walls have fun listening to your neighbors convos
No stars would not recommend!

I had a lot of issues with my old complex but The Shore feels like a forever home! I was a little skeptical because of the location. Only because I am used to living in areas with high traffic and being closer to night scene, but I am glad I made the move. The neighborhood is quiet and still within proximity to that city life I am used to. The staff have been very welcoming. It feels like a community. Tiffany has been great! She even reached out to me letting me know my packages arrived. Even the maintenance staff always acknowledge me and say hi. Leota was super kind and accommodating me in a

The Shore was my first apartment in Texas. I was attracted by the the renovation work they did on the apartment. I did enjoy my stay at the shore they did their best to be accommodating during the COVID lockdown and loss of employment. The current Team in the of Toby and the manger has improved the environment dramatically. They are quick to pick up the phone and address any concerns. I miss the location close to the Bay Area and Galveston and Kemah. I would consider moving here.

The Shore is an awesome place to live! The environment is so refreshing and relaxing. The officd staff will make you feel like your at home from day one. Maintenance personnel have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All around every employee goes above and beyond the standards. I moved in about a month and a half ago and I think it was the best choice I've made :) I would not change a thing!

I moved in a few months back and I absolutely love it here. The office staff is always professional and extremely easy to talk to. Toby and Trina are the leasing agents on property and they make everything super easy as well as give you the comforting feeling that they actually care about your questions and concerns. The Assistant property manager Niki is doing a fantastic job at keeping our community clean and running efficiently. Its nice to find a community that truly makes you feel at home, If your are looking for a great place at an affordable rate than look no further. I will be renewing

I have lived here 3 years this place is horrible there’s no lighting at night the management has been changed so many times you can’t keep up with it I have my bathtub resurface in July they destroyed my furniture my clothes and appliances I am still fighting with this company to get the issues resolved. People move in and out all the time when my lease is up I will be gone. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The manager, leota is absolutely amazing! She’s so sweet & goes above & beyond to make sure we are happy & all of our problems are solved.
Tiffany is always so sweet. Always a smile on her face & is always helpful. She even brought my package to my door one time because she knows I just had a baby ☺️😍
Maintenance is great too. Very prompt & respectful!

We’ve lived at The Shore for over a year. We found the property online when moving from out of state. We love the location. It’s close to great shopping, schools, the Kemah boardwalk, and delicious restaurants. We love the new management team. They are quick, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. They maintenance department is phenomenal. They answer request in a timely manner and are always sure to clean up after themselves. My family and I are happy to live in a clean, safe, family- friendly environment here at The Shore. We’ve even referred two families

Beware of this place. It is in a nice location and the property is nice, but the policies of the management company are insane. If you are moving in from out of state, go elsewhere. If you have some life emergency and need somewhere to live and your life isn't in order, look elsewhere. If you need a co-signer they had better live local or else they're unacceptable, even though the co-signer will not be living there. Most of all, these little policies will only be brought up at the last minute and one at a time as they become an issue. The staff are not empowered to help you, you have
