I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Ive been coming here for a few years and recently started going for his new location. A woman in the previous one I went to used to sing to me haha so thoughtful. The art and design at this new location is super cool. I love how the majority of staff is female. Everyone has been so kind and easy to talk to. The modern art really makes me feel comfortable. I recently came in for a cleaning and x ray. They were able to fill a cavity same day. Super amazing and convenient that they had time. Thank you!

The clinic has reached out and reversed the claim, but did not sufficiently explain why I was misinformed about my insurance out-of-network status & service fees, and why I actually saw a different dentist than the one I booked with (which was supposed to be Dr.Nguyen).
Went to the clinic and was told by the receptionist I’d be responsible for $50 deductibles. I was pretty sure my Guardian plan doesn’t have deductibles for annual checkup & cleaning, but the receptionist guaranteed me that the service will be covered and I’ll only be responsible for the deductibles.

I was treated kindly, and I was given a ton of useful information on everything I should do to maintain good dental health. The office itself is a really clean and well decorated place that makes you feel welcome. Everyone in the office had a joyful and pleasant attitude. The service itself was amazing and they made sure I felt good with everything.

Studio Smiles did a real thorough job of examining my teeth and showing me what was going on! They talked me through everything they were doing and I felt no real discomfort or pain. They even gave me a free electronic toothbrush. The facility looks nice and clean and you can watch TV during your visit! Everyone was friendly and they inform you of costs before they do any procedures so you're fully informed. I definitely recommend them!

You know that saying that goes something like "Life is short, smile while you have teeth?" Well, I confess I have a sugar addiction and I am not a fan of brushing or flossing or whatever it is that people do to take care of their pearlies. Naturally, I have cavities...actually I don't like to call them cavities. I prefer to call them as places to put stuff. The holes are so deep, I could probably hide a pea or nut in there. I figured that using duct tape to hold wiggly tooth wouldn't be such a great look - it was time to see the dentist.

Update! Came back for my 6 month cleaning and had another easy, breezy, beautiful experience! Roslyn my dental hygienist was amazing, highly knowledgeable and did a great job! Will keep coming here.

I had a really good experience at this Clinic. The receptionist were so kind in taking the time out to explain all the costs and the paperwork I needed. I have a hard time hearing but they took the time out to slowly explain to me until I fully understood so I appreciate their patience as an older patient.

Of course my husband's crown just had to have issues during our trip to NYC. We asked concierge for the best dental practice in town and he recommended Studio Smiles NYC which is known for seeing celebrities and famous leaders. He told us international leaders flew in to have their dental work done at the clinic! We were sold.

The overall experience was fine. But the staff did NOT tell me that they were actually out of network for my insurance and proceeded to billing me $800 for a simple checkup and dental cleaning. There was zero clarity about how much my procedures cost and how they were going to charge me. And clearly they overcharged significantly.
This is just shady practice on their part.
As a result, I'm not able to actually get all the other treatments I need elsewhere because they charged my insurance so much. It's really unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review because I enjoyed my visit

I had started seeing Dr. Sara at this office back in January for regular check ups. I Recently became pregnant and developed a wisdom tooth infection. Upon arriving to the office I discovered my dental benefit maximum for the year had already been met so I had no coverage. I left feeling distraught and considering going to the ER. While on my way home the office called me back to ask me to return. I wouldn't have thought that I would ever say that I love going to the dentist, but I do actually like to go to Dr. Nguyen's. It's very easy to schedule well visits; I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to see her; she and her staff are extremely professional and thorough and at the same time super friendly and easy (to the point that I could see myself going out for drinks or coffee with them). Plus points: very close to my office and breath taking views of New York while you are having your teeth cleaned in an iconic NYC building.

Love Dr. Nguyen and the rest of her staff! I came in for the first time for a general checkup and cleaning. Dr. Nancy takes her time - she's very thorough and careful. She knows what she's doing and she's also very nice. She makes sure her patients are comfortable all throughout. Typically dislike the Dentist. I mean be real who likes when an individual you don't particularly know that well stab your mouth with metal utensils. Nancy is very nice !! She was spending a lot of time for cleaning my tooth, looking carefully for cavity, giving good advise, and talking nicely. I visited her a couple times. Every time she is nice and gives me good advice for tooth. Her staff are all kind and nice too. I had problem with gum. She put filling on my tooth and felt much better. She gave me free sample. She is very good dentist, cute, and has nice smile. I recommend her to everybody.

I went to Dr. Nguyen a while back, having purchased a Groupon for a cleaning / check up / x-rays. Listen, if you're going to go to the dentist it might as well be on the 69th floor of the Chrysler Building. Gorgeous views! And you might as well go to Dr. Nguyen because she's super nice. She did a thorough job, the staff is great, and best of all they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need (which so often happens when you use Groupon for a service, right?). I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Nguyen!
