Leslie and her courses rock! I currently participate in 3 virtual courses Leslie offers through my employer - Pilates, Boot Camp, and Glutes and Abs. I joined her classes in July 2020 after returning from maternity leave. I was in decent shape before my pregnancy and continue to workout my entire pregnancy (though modified towards the end). However, I was not prepared for how weak I would feel returning to exercise after delivery. It was tough but Leslie’s energy is contagious and all the modifications she offers helped me stick to it. I have lost all the baby weight and more. I feel stronger

Leslie is knowledgeable about all areas of whole health and fitness. She is passionate about health and fitness and is a strong personal motivator. As a personal trainer, she finds modifications to fit one’s unique needs and circumstances. She encourages, yet never pushes to a point of discomfort, nor does she outwardly judge should one fall short of goals. I highly recommend Leslie as a personal trainer.

Leslie is, by far, my favorite Yoga instructor in the Valley and her Kick boxing and Pilates classes are awesome as well. She is very good at getting people to put forth their best efforts with challenging classes while at the same time encouraging participants with her very supportive and uplifting spirit. She brings with her a ton if knowledge and insights regarding nutrition and exercise that helps you achieve the results you want. I unhesitatingly recommend her as a fitness instructor.

I met Leslie becuase she teaches classes at our work gym. I was hesitant to take yoga at all but it was mostly from lack of knowledge. I started taking Leslie's classes with a couple of girls I work with and am absolutely loving it now. I never knew you could get such a good workout from doing yoga. I have taken a couple of classes with other instructors and I can say that I did not like it as much. Leslie is an amazing trainer and she takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure you are comfortable with everything you are doing in class. I highly recommend Iron Belle Fitness!

I started working with Leslie several years ago. I wanted to take a break and see if I could self motivate, Ha that was a mistake. I decided the self-motivation wasn't working and I called Leslie again. She comes to my house prepared and ready to work, she listens to my needs and my struggles and works with me to get through them. I am so happy with my progress. She can put you through a good workout where ever you are. She is a superstar!
