Just moved in about a week ago ... it was a quick and pretty smooth process. Everyone in the office was amazing and very helpful. Any questions or issues I had they took care of them right away. Maintenance cane the day after my request and took care of what needed to be done. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. One suggestion I have is for the leasing team to advise new tenants to register for the parcel service. I had some issues getting my packages because I didn't realize I had to register. The parcel company was great and took care of it but if I was told in advance that

I would like to say that DJ you as such a great help with moving into our apartment this last week. When we showed up he took us to our apartment to show everything of what our new apartment would look like. He was very respectful and I am very glad his customer service was amazing. He would call to make sure I set up my renters insurance and NV energy before moving in. I am glad I dealt with him and am looking forward to knowing that DJ will be in office when I need help

I moved in during July. The experience couldn’t be any smoother. Dan helped me the first time I came in over a year ago, and sadly went with a different complex. I can back and he helped me again, he is so knowledgeable about the property which was a huge benefit. they office communicates effectively and efficiently. The maintenance is amazing and completes work orders in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good about the complex.

The application process was HORRENDOUS.
I wanted to apply with my spouse because collectively we meet the income requirements. We applied for an apartment today but they did not include my spouse's income and I was denied.
Why? Might you ask, because alone I didnt meet the income requirements. Which I had already told them AND THEY TOLD ME TO APPLY ANYWAY. Then we called back to see if we can reapply TOGETHER like how it was suppose to be and the manager turned us away.
Now I'm out of $$ and still no apartment. Thank you SO MUCH DJ

If you do decide to live here, get a top floor. The walls, ceilings, and floors are so thin. I've had the worst luck with neighboring tenants and have to listen to a dog run around all day and at night. I rarely leave bad reviews for businesses but my 10 month lease was awful. I tried to get out of the lease but they wouldn't let me. They did offer to move me to a top floor but with only a couple of months left on my lease I didn't think it was worth it.
On a positive note, i'd like to say that the grounds are beautiful and Daniel was very understanding about my situation so thanks for trying

I wanted to update my review. I did have a talk with the leasing office manager, Norma, who was so kind and apologetic of the whole situation. We sat and listened to the audio/video footage. I feel more understood about this situation. It still doesn't change my experience living underneath the noise every day and living underneath inconsiderate neighbors, but to be heard and understood was very nice. Norma and Daniel, you two are so kind and thank you for trying your best.

Been living at Presidio for nearly two months and so far everything has been great! Apartment is updated and was clean at move in! Was able to make an appointment for maintenance to fix the ice maker. Very professional technician.
Had an incident where I needed security and they were there in minutes!
Property is kept clean daily.
The shining star on the community staff is Daniel. Not enough can be said about his professionalism and his commitment to provide the absolute best customer service every single time!

The maintenance professionals are always very courteous and polite. She explained how to care for the repaired items moving forward and made me feel good about asking for assistance. I will honestly say I don't feel that way about all of my maintenance professionals here but she was amazing as always!

Except Danial the management are extremely rude. I filled an application and made a mistake while doing the application online and I was automatically denied when I Wwent to the leasing office to report my mistake the front desk guy would keep telling me "once you're denied you're denied" every time I tried to tell him look I made a mistake here if I fix it I should be good but no he would keep sayin once you're denied you're denied...I am glad I didn't move in I found a better and affordable place

The complex and the inside of the apartment i am in is very nice. When i first moved in everything was very clean and tidy. The only problems we had here was the fridge. Our ice maker was broken, the drain in the freezer was clogged, and some of the light bulbs were out. Nothing too bad. When i found a spider in my bathroom the office put in an order for my apartment to be bug sprayed right away. They only do bug spraying every Friday The man who came to bug spray was very nice, and they bug spray they use in the apartment is pet friendly. The only thing that is a bother here is the loud neighbors

I love this apartment complex! It was a nice & peaceful area. Great location too! I love how close it is to Walmart, Target, Costco, & other restaurants/stores. Presidio has a nice pool area & most of the time it's not busy. Their upgraded gym is my favorite. All of the equipment is new & staff keeps the area nice & clean. It also doesn't get as packed as going to the larger gyms. I cancelled my gym membership & saved money using the Presidio gym instead!! My bf & I got the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. So spacious! Our closets were huge. Lastly, all of the staff

Today is our last day at The Presidio Apartments and I've had my loyal run with this complex for the last 2 years. They've really treated us SO well and if I didn't want to upgrade my life with a house, I would stay here forever.
We had the pleasure of living in both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. The whole entire Presidio staff (office, maintenance, literally everyone) made me feel like family. The amenities were 5 star and our community events were the best part! I'm definitely going to miss the free food lol.

Getting in contact with the office can be difficult. My microwave was broken for months - I submitted a work order online, called multiple times, and went to the office in person twice and it still didn't get fixed. My dryer broke while living here as well.
Pool was nice when it was open. Gym is meh. The parking situation isn't the best - not enough spots available most days.
Upon moving in, I noticed in the apartment there were several patch jobs done in the wall & doors - looks like someone punched the wall/door before us.

So I have lived in these apartments since 2011. I have spoke to co-workers, friends and family about special things that the Presidio's do for us and they are all impressed with them. They do special things for all tenants like, breakfast at the gate, an annual pool party, Super Bowl pizza party, and tacos for Cinco do Mayo. But when I got home on Friday April 24, 2020, I walked into my apartment and on my kitchen table there was a bag that my husband was given that had toilet paper, snacks and a gift card. I asked him where it came from and he said they were handing them out to everyone

My family has been living here for 10 years. I never had a neighbor so rude, loud and inconsiderate. The music is always soooooo LOUD. We have complained to the office several times and nothing is done. We have took it upon ourselves to knock on their door and asked "To please turn the music down" The bass and volume are just ridiculous. I thought there was security to call if you're experiencing noise. I wish that I could record and let you hear what I'm having to deal with constantly.

This place is horrible, staff sucks. Call them thousands of times cause my fridge was leaking also my ac wasnt working for over a week when they said they were going to fix it the next day, been awhile year an still havent fixed it. I have 2 kids 1 an 4, something like this is just so upsetting. Neighbors upstairs constantly have parties an this staff doesnt do anything about it. Called security dozen of times an they just get a slap on the wrist then goes back to being loud an partying. Dont move here they're really bad an they dont keep true to their word.

My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and a half and have been so pleased. Erica at the front desk is always so helpful and kind. She helped us choose our apartment! (: we recently re-signed our lease with Erica and she made the process so easy.
The maintenance staff is always on time if not a few minutes early! The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very friendly. The upgraded gym is amazing! No need for a gym membership anymore because it has a lot to choose from. I would recommended this neighborhood to family or friends. We have enjoyed being apart of this community.

The Presidio Apartments allows violent behavior with no repercussions to the assailants. Because of a misunderstanding, neighboring tenants came to our apartment while we were setting up Halloween decorations. They sucker punched my boyfriend mid-conversation, threw me to the ground and kicked me, two of the men from this family each landed a punch to my face. My boyfriend and I were each bruised and bloody. And took pictures to prove it. I can provide them if they want to argue this "doesn't happen" like they did on their google review

I've been here for about six months.
It's beautiful and quiet. Many of the residents are very kind and leave me be. The office staff is HEAVENLY. They are all so very nice. I've never had any problems with maintenance.
The 1bed/1bath rooms are perfect size for living alone.
I do wish there was a dog area with a fence to let my pup run around without having to drive somewhere.

My husband and I lived here from 11/2014-3/2016 so this review is a bit overdue. The apartment was very spacious, had great storage options, and had an awesome laundry room off the kitchen, suitable to hang-dry clothing and store household items.
Dan was/is their best employee and was always very professional and personable. The office manager (Norma) did her best to resolve issues in a timely manner. The walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin.
When things are great, it's a wonderful/beautiful place to live. The landscape is gorgeous and all four pool/spa areas are constantly cleaned. Every Tuesday you'll hear/see the landscaping crew making this place shine....
The Bathtubs have mold/rust. It's impossible to remove. We moved in and the ceilings have three different colors. We've seen multiple people move out and apartments get painted before the new tenants move in. Ours looks like nothing was done. Maintenance has still yet to correct any of these issues.
