Services
Since 1987, Princeton Veterinary Clinic has been providing exceptional veterinary care to cats and dogs in the San Jose area. To ensure our patients receive only the best care possible, we work diligently to maintain our status as an AAHA-accredited animal hospital. If you're looking for compassionate care and individualized treatment for your furry friend, you've come to the right place.
When you choose us as your San Jose Vet, know that we are a part of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). This membership requires regular mandatory veterinary hospital inspections. It also has stricter standards for these inspections than state and federal standards. At Princeton Veterinary Clinic, we use cutting edge technology.
At Princeton Veterinary Clinic, we have more than 30 years of experience and do everything we can to provide your pet with the best care in San Jose. From routine check-ups to surgeries, we have you covered. Diagnostic imaging allows our veterinarians to look at your pet internally for clues about sickness or injury.
Let Princeton Veterinary Clinic provide a professional veterinary exam for your kitten, puppy, cat, or dog. A physical exam is the smartest and easiest way to keep your pet healthy. Wellness exams allow our veterinarians to detect problems and diseases that might go undiscovered otherwise, including heart murmurs, tumors, enlarged organs, cataracts, ear infections, ear mites, dental disease, skin issues and allergies.
At Princeton Veterinary Clinic, our goal is keeping your pet happy and healthy. Thanks to modern diagnostics and our on-site laboratory, we're able to do just that for sick and injured pets. Diagnostic imaging allows us to examine your pet's internal organs and body systems to better diagnose their conditions.

Not happy with the fact that my 1800 PetMeds order that needs a prescription from Princeton cannot be accepted via internet. I put them in as my dogs vet but they are telling me I have to pick up a written prescription and mail it in. Very inconvenient for me especially since our other two dog's vet verifies prescriptions via the internet. Makes me wonder of they are trying to make customers buy the products from them which are priced higher than the internet. Bad business practice...might be time to bring my dog over to our other vet.

We have been bringing our cats to this location since we moved into this area of San Jose in 2004, and have been very happy with the care we have recieved.
In the case of the one time that one of the cats had something that required a specialist they did not hesitate to recommend us to a very good place.
Quality care, great staff, and doctors that truly care!

I was very Impressed with Dr Lah and with Tanya who helped me check in and out. Both were very informative and friendly, I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. It's difficult for me to see my cat scared and in pain and I was astonished to see her so comfortable.with the Dr she purred loud enough that her heartbeat could not be heard. I don't often take the time to review my contacts but feel it's important to recommend Princeton Veterinary Clinic for your pets.
