I have a passion for helping people achieve things they never thought possible. When training with me, I can guarantee you that every session will be fun, challenging and focused towards your goals. I'll give you a nutritional programme that's designed to get the best out of you and your body, plus I'll help you adopt a positive mindset towards yourself, your life and your fitness journey with, among other tools, my daily mindful practices.
The first section is focused on having the right mindset to take control of your weight and transform your body shape. By following this morning routine you will increase your confidence and self esteem to make sure you stick to the eight-week plan. Having a solid nutritional plan is the key to any successful health and fitness journey so in this program you can create your own daily meal plan using the 27 recipes I've created.

Lyndsey has definitely evolved / adapted like a boss to accommodate our ever changing world! There are so many aspects to being healthy: good nutrition, regular exercise, reducing stress... She can help with all that!
She will customize something based on YOU: your goals and your schedule, whatever your comfort level. I already feel like I thank Lyndsey literally more than is appropriate (if that's possible haha), but honestly I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for her training with me at Fusion Fitness. Over the last year+, not only has Lyndsey whipped me back into a physical shape I'm proud of, but she's also doubled as my doctor/chiro haha. Seriously tho--whenever I tweak my neck or back or something, she's almost always able to address it (successfully btw) with exercise/stretches during the workout, or at the very least advises me on things I should do later by myself. Lyndsey is the answer to my fitness needs . . . I've had body-image issues for as long as I can remember and have tried multiple trainers / diets / fads / etc.
I found Lyndsey by chance and decided to give it a try - I've been training with her for several months now and she is the first trainer to really transform my body. I am still not where I want to be but we are getting there (and I am getting clear on what I need to do for the results I want). I wasn't that "overweight" to begin with but my inches are down and I've lost 13 lbs so far.

Lyndsey is a phenomenal trainer. Working with her I lost over forty pounds and continue to improve my fitness. She has an impressive background, including a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University, along with over ten years experience training clients.
