In addition, we offer personally tailored sessions online, where we are here to lead and support you in your pursuits towards engaging in a healthy and active lifestyle.

The pool can provide an array of workouts tailored to individuals with medical issues that do not allow for an out-of-water session, to a vigorous high calorie burning workout with weights for those looking for a fun "cool" workout.

I have tried a variety of gyms, fitness classes and trainers throughout my life and Geoff and his team are by far the best that I have encountered. Geoff tailors the workouts to your fitness level and goals and no two sessions are the same. Each training session is challenging regardless of fitness level and Geoff is great at providing modifications if you need them or challenging you if you want more. I would highly recommend Geoff and his team!

I started personal training sessions with Geoff to kick-start my fitness after two back-to-back pregnancies, and I am so glad I did! Each session is different, and Geoff knows how to push me, but also work within my body's limits. It's the best investment I have made into my health and well-being, and having a trainer come to me helps with my very busy life!

Let me first say that I am very passionate about my fitness. As an executive, wife, and a mother of 5 it can be difficult to find time to be active. Geoff and his staff are experts in helping others achieve their fitness goals. I just had major surgery and needed help with rehabilitation. A custom exercise plan for my needs was drafted and I truly felt they took the time to care for me as an individual. After a 4 month hospital stay in ICU on life support, I recieved a life-saving liver transplant. A long 5 year recovery left my body severely decompensated. I couldn't do a single sit-up, lift 5 lbs or have the strength to get thru the day without a nap - or two. Geoff at Fitness Propelled is outstanding! He is by far the best personal trainer I have encountered. I came to him with a past injury and some health issues and he took me on as a client without hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable and he makes workouts fun. I have never done the same one twice. I am rebuilding my lean muscle and have had no… issues with my back. He does not believe you have to kill yourself at the gym to get results, unlike other trainers I have worked with. I would, without hesitation, recommend Geoff and Fitness Propelled!
