My husband and I have lived at Cypress Point for almost three years. We have made good friends in his safe environment. We have so many activities we can choose from. When something needs fixing, we have Gary and Calvin who are so responsive and capable. Tammy and Rylene are our office support staff and always there for whatever the need may be.

We have lived here for two years and it really is great value for the money. What makes the difference are the people. Tammy, Raileen, Gary and Calvin really work together to get things done.

We have a family member who resides here and we have no complaints. A local shuttle helps get to and from and there is an on-site hair salon. Units are tidy.

They cut most amenities, no more outdoor grills by the pool, no computer room. And they raise the rent every year. Seniors are on a fixed income so be careful if you are on a fixed budget,they dont raise it by $25 this year its $50 to $100. Just ridiculous!

Very well maintained facilities. Management is helpful, responsive when there is a maintenance concern. No hidden fees or costs. The community is smaller and friendly, lots of activities and everyone is genuinely welcoming. Lots of amenities

We enjoyed the year we spent there until the bad experience when we had to leave because of DR's orders... We paid our rent on time, participated in activities, chipped in for the managers wedding present, that summer I bought a Hi/boy toilet which they installed, also had solar screens made which all came to almost 484.00 , plus the sales person called me at least 4 times, Miss Barbara we have someone interested in a 2 bd rm apartment & we don't have any vacant, your place is always so neat could we show it & I always let her.... Well come Aug I ended up in the hospital & my 2 sons flew out, one

I love my apartment, just can't stand management, they ignore smoker's and other violations if they are friends, you complain you become a target If you're not very old, or in a wheelchair, AVOID this place.
