I’ve lived here at Wellington for just over two years and I have no complaints! The property is GORGEOUS; the amenities are always clean, the landscaping is always pristine, and the staff is the friendliest!! Being pet friendly and family friendly are two big pluses also!
Everything makes you feel right at home and you automatically have a little community/family of your own when you move in!

I lived here for about a year, I originally moved to the complex next door when I came to Longview but moved here as soon as my lease was up next door.
I loved my stay at Wellington Grande, never had a single issue while living here.
If you’re looking for a really nice and safe community in Longview Wellington Grande should definitely be at the top of your list.

Love living here!!!!! I feel like I am on a vacation. The staff here are all so kind and helpful. Krista Morris is so very helpful and attentive to all needs. I live in a 3 bedroom and have plenty of space. Everything is clean and well taken care of. I work and come home to easy living!!!!! Looking forward to enjoying the pool this summer. The hot tub has been refreshing on cool days. I love the Wellington here in Longview. It’s like a vacation but I am home.

I lived at the Wellington briefly two years ago with my parents and I absolutely loved it. The apartments are beautiful, its quiet and everyone is very friendly. I recently contacted the Wellington about my rental history and even though I had lived there in two years they treated me like I was one of their residents. Krista is super helpful and is amazing at her job! You will not be disappointed living here!

This is our first time to live in an apartment and we had heard negative things about apartment life so we were a little nervous. The Wellington has been a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is friendly, the apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the staff is superb. We love living here and highly recommend the Wellington!
