Not perfect but certainly not as awful as some people have expressed. This is not a luxury apartment complex but it “appears”to be well maintained. I have had no serious problems and if an issue does pop up it is taken care of in a proper amount of time. My biggest issue is that they need to be more discerning with “who” they allow to live here. I have a “crackpot” for a neighbor but nobody seems to care. I don’t believe that he is a danger to me….but I do believe that he might be a danger to himself….but again nobody seems to care. He has been removed by “authorities”…

Hillside Senior Living is where I've called home since the end of 2019 . And while all apartment complexes have their share of ups and downs . I have truly enjoyed my years here and plan to continue to do so for many years to come . It is conviently right off of 270/370 and close enough to Shady Grove Rd. We have however experienced a lot of changing of management during my being here . But all have been curteous to me and maintenance while a little slow sometimes does excellent work when making repairs . Any place you live is going to have its issues Even a private residence .So if asked if I

I am also very sad to write this review just as the gentlemen beneath this review stated. This is all my Gran can afford, or I would move her before my studies are complete. The only thing that seems to change is the quickly revolving door of employees who seem to be chased away by someone seemingly and allegedly pursuing their own purpose. In my culture, elderly citizens deserve respect for their life-long contributions, for their experiences, and they are an honor; but at Hillside, they seem to be discarded. What once was a beautiful, clean, fully-staffed, independent living area for older people

Beginning this month the development has contracted with a tow company with quite extreme rules. In the 3 years I've lived here there has never been an issue finding parking. In front of my unit there are a total of seven spaces. Five have been designated as visitor parker leaving two for residents. According to the tow company a resident can and will have their car towed if parked in a visitor space. A guess pass must be obtained for visitors from the office or their cars are subject to towing which is complicated by the frequency in which the office is closed. This is a solution that didn't have

Moved here a year ago was a little tuff going with office staff then MS tamekia from corp worked hard to get it together ms Rosaline Bangura was brought in what a ray of sunshine really is all about helping the seniors,I had no more problems,maintenace is great come see what Hillside senior living is all about

Great independent living senior community. great garden appt with outside entrance. total independence. they have a gym, pool, outdoor picnic area, club room,.... they just created a telemedicine room where residents can get remote consultation with their healthcare providers. very close to gaithersburg town center, Crown, Rios,...

Went to visit a friend who is living at these wonderful apartments in Montgomery County for Seniors. First thing I noticed was how clean and bright everything is as someone suggested on here. I agree. Then, I made sure to observe residents asking questions at the office and how the office staff treated them. I read a not-so-good review about the office, so I wanted to observe for myself. It isn’t true from what I could see. The office seemed very open, responsive, respectful and attentive to their residents’ requests. This is very important. The apartments are very nice inside with everything

It doesn't make sense to go to the office for specific concerns, it's a waste of time.
To repair something it takes 1 year for the problem to get resolved and sometimes the problem never gets fixed.
They don't clean the community areas.
The only way to pick up the mail is during office hours.
Have rats.
No professional management, they don't know what customer service means.
