Management here WILL try to scam you. Lived here for a brief period of time before moving out (luckily), but my roommates that stayed behind were hit with tons of additional charges/"damages" when they were moving out, as I'm sure you'll see in other reviews. If you make the mistake of renting here, at least take lots of pictures for evidence for when you inevitably move on to a better living arrangement. 1 star.

The management is very nice but besides that , so far my experience is terrible. They never answer their phones. I’ve left voicemails and emails. My sliding door constantly breaks, carpet was disgusting when I moved in so I’m sure they will charge me for that. My fridge was not cold enough so I called and emailed them twice. No response. So now all my food id spoiled, over $100 in groceries, it made a mess so I’m sure they will say something about that. People are absolutely rude to me and my dog. I can’t wait until my lease is up but I’m sure, after reading other reviews they will take

Willow Pond has been my home for the past 3 years, and overall I've had a great experience living here. No apartment complex is perfect, but I have to say there are MANY positives of living here! A few things that really stand out to me are the excellent customer service and professionalism displayed by both the office and maintenance staff. It is VERY clear that they truly care about the residents that live here, and it brings me great peace of mind to know that I can count on them. If you are looking here, take my advice and go somewhere else. This is run by management who scam, exploit, and charge for every unnecessary thing they can. You will already be paying extremely high rent for the area that they will continuously increase year by year, they will charge you even if THEY run the wrong card for your rent, they will charge to replace carpet that was left in very good condition and charge you 2000 dollars for it. They are not worth the time, effort, or money to move here. Please go somewhere where they aren't trying to drain pockets and treat people like people.
