We welcome back Executive Chef Kevin Gin to the "New" Bridges Restaurant and Bar. Kevin was the Executive Chef of Bridges from 1993 - 2000. A graduate of the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at City College of San Francisco, he then furthered his education and refined his skills with extra curricular study of Japanese and French cuisine.
Bridges Restaurant and Bar offers an inviting and warm atmosphere for celebrating your special event. We offer elegant dining areas, contemporary bar and lounge, and an open patio surrounded by lush greenery. Open air bar and live music options available. I want Bridges to be the place where you can escape to just relax and enjoy yourself on any given night with the combination of great food, drinks and service.

My partner and I are Vegan and although there weren't many options on the menu for main dishes - our server Ben requested the chef make us two dishes special, both of which were yummy and unique.
The wine list is extensive and they have some amazing selections.

So we went there for our anniversary. First off, no one acknowledged our anniversary until after we got our check. Then they brought us what appeared to be a store bought cupcake with a saying of happy anniversary. What is weird is they asked if we wanted dessert and I wondered to myself, what would’ve happened if we ordered dessert…would they have comped us dessert or still brought us this cupcake…anyway the food was decent 3/5. Our witness never offered the special, I had to ask. Then I asked for a recommendation and she had to look at the menu for a recommendation. She said someone earlier

I was so looking forward to dinner here for a date night with hubby but was not impressed. We sat outside and there was a really loud group right next to us not th're restaurants fault but they could have seated us somewhere a little quieter. I ordered the ribeye medium since I had heard great things about it. It came well done and had no flavor. Won't be returning.

Well organized establishment and the outdoor area was lovely w plenty of distancing for comfortable dining. Food came fast, everyone was wonderfully attentive and my chicken/Mac was everything I needed after cycling up from Fremont! It was surreal checking out the restaurant from my absolute favorite movie which has held that title since childhood. On top of that, the kind hosts over the phone very graciously were able to add me to the reservations list with just 45 minutes’ heads up. Thank you for a wonderful visit!!

Came here for a private early Mother’s Day Brunch. Brunch menu was reasonably priced. Food was delicious - Chicken & Waffles with candied bourbon pecans, Avocado Toast with Overeasy Egg & Mixed Green Salad, and Eggplant Sandwich with Mixed Green Salad. Served with freshly baked cornbread and whipped butter. Our group was very happy with the menu selection.
Mimosas are reasonably priced at $4/glass - The choices were Tropical (Mango, Pineapple) or Berry (mixed). My group loved the Tropical Mimosas!
