I love the area and the location, management has-been OK for the most part, but I have had maintenance issues that don't get fixed correctly. I have had issues with my A.C. and have had multiple maintenance requests made and they keep saying it's OK. Well, if it's OK for the inside temp of the home to be at 80 degrees when it's hot out, then I guess it's OK. One shouldn't have to beg for a repair. My electricity bill is $380 a month and the AC doesn't work correctly. But I guess it's OK according to maintenance.

I have resided at the Rancho Vista Homes for the past three years. I’ve been comfortable and happy. I have experienced no issues here and recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a safe, clean environment with respectful and courteous neighbors. I highly recommend the Rancho Vista Apartments to singles and families. The office staff is also helpful and always ready to assist with questions, paperwork etc. I recently had a wonderful experience with Michelle O. I have lived here comfortable and it’s a very family friendly community. The only complain is that I’ve had a service request for the roof holes in the garage almost 1 yr ago before the pandemic and nothing has been done. Now with the pandemic nothing has been said about it, not from the service staff or Property management. I have lived here for almost 6yrs and management has changed a few times and the lease gets shorter and shorter every renewal and I don’t know if that’s just to increase rent or what the reason is for that. The worst apartments ever experienced. I have been in many apartments but had no issues with the maintenance or management. This is the only apartment where there is no proper management nor maintenance . The issues are not taken care of at all after several complaints for months.
