This was my first time to notice this restaurant with my family of 6, therefore, we decided to eat here for lunch without a reservation. Mango's is owned by the TST restaurant group. Mangos is located on the second floor on the boardwalk overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. They offer the best restaurant view of the Atlantic Ocean. We were seated immediately inside. I later realized we could have eaten outside on their deck overlooking the ocean. Mango's has a large bar and entertainment area, therefore, this place must be hopping during the summer nights.

Ate by the window with an awesome 2nd floor view of the ocean. Great service, great food, good portions, reasonable prices. Lots of space for seating, with a covered outdoor patio too. I've already eaten here several times and gotten takeout many times. This is our go-to place every time we come to town.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. The girl at the bar saw me but never acknowledged me, when she finally took my order , she was not pleasant at all. There wasn’t even a half of an ounce of crab meat and I paid $24 for just a little bit of pasta and couple pieces of broccoli. When I called to let them know multiple times no one answered the phone. The view of beach inside the restaurant was nice. Was gonna come back but definitely not worth going back after all of that. Very disappointed. The location is great and the ambiance is up my alley - tropical themed, the two things that wanted me to go there. That is the only thing it has going for it . We went there off season, and on a Wednesday . We ordered pulled pork nachos and spinach and crab dip. When the nachos came out, it was quick but the cheese was already a greasy hardened blob being under the heating lamp too long and had maybe a 1/4 of a cup of pork on them . We sent them back. For $20 you’d expect freshness first of all and a side of pork on them as that’s all the flavor that the nachos offer. No avocado, no beans

Mango's is one of my 'go to' bars in Bethany Beach. Holly, the bartender was and is phenomenal. I'm glad she was working. You can walk up the stairs or catch an elevator to the 2nd floor where the main bar and high tops are located. Plenty of big screen TVs to catch your favorite sports team. The food is pretty good also. I definitely will be returning!

We met some friends at the boardwalk and wanted to go to dinner. With a group of 8, we just decided to walk over towards the boardwalk and find something. We ended up here and it was an awesome experience. I usually check reviews first and would have stayed away, but since I didn't, I am glad that we got to eat here. The service was top notch, which can be hard for larger parties. Everyone at our table raved about the food. Two said it was one of the better steaks they have ever had. I often wonder how restaurants decide on their ambiance. Do they consider the type of patron they will be serving and what that person will want/need?
We went to Mango's at opening: 11:00. We were the only people there. The music was SO loud/thumping/screechy/annoying that a) my husband and I could not have a normal conversation and b) we were both getting a headache. We asked them if they could turn it down. No, this is for the "Beach Bar" and goes throughout the restaurant.
So, who was this hideous music for? There were certainly no bar go-ers at eleven a.m. This type of music

TLDR: beautiful views, subpar service, mediocre food
I have heard from a few friends that Mangos is a great spot for views and drinks but not necessarily food, and after grabbing dinner there I definitely agree. We went for my dad's birthday, ate outside with a gorgeous view of the beach as the sun was setting. I ordered a taco salad bowl that was bland, not horrible but not super satisfying. My dad got the burger and felt it was average, he comes to Mango's semi-often and always jokes they skimp on the fries (pictured). My mom enjoyed her tuna tacos, she found them filling and flavorful

I've visited this place multiple times before. However, this last visit was just Terrible to say the least. My wife found a fly on her food. Manager was very unprofessional. And I would not recommend this place to no one ever again. In the past years we had an awesome time. Sadly that wasn't the case anymore.

Came here on our last night of vacation to drink and have fun. Had a blast and met wonderful people!! We got the Giant Moscow mule which was like 196oz or something crazy. We actually drank almost all of it entirely. A few people asked us for a sip which was hilarious but of course we said no because of the pandemic
I also got a really good Pina Coloda here and it came in a souvenir coconut glass which I still have

- I was not sure what the theme of the decor was, the kids loved the aquarium though
- it was really loud inside; not from the music, but just lack of sound dampeners for all the people dining

Only leaving 2 stars because the bar/bartenders are great. We loved our drinks! However, the food was lacking BIG time. Got the coconut shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were TINY and the sauce did not match. My husband ordered the swordfish entree and I ordered the salmon. We were very disappointed. If you want microwaved seafood go to Mangos...

Own a house in town and are always entertaining out of town folks. Mangos was always on our list. No more. Terrible experience this last time. One meal never came out at all. Our guests had to share a meal! Most of the table ate their meals with no drink refills. I was sharing my drink with my son. For the price you pay, the food has become average at best. Rice and beans are devoid of taste. Skip it, there are a million other places within 20 minutes.

Wish I could give zero stars. The people who work here can be very rude. My fiance and I came here to eat. They told us it would be about a 15 minute wait... After 30 minutes, we decided to check on that and they said, "yeah I think we can seat you guys." Go to get seated and there were about 4 tables available. Then, our waitress did not check on us when we needed things. Not a fan, won't back. Go to Ropewalk instead and I've never even been there!!

Mango's is a beachside restaurant that offers inside and outside (covered rooftop) dining. Their ahi tuna, calamari, coconut shrimp, and clams were good. The tropical/pork sliders were a little bland and dry, so I wouldn't get them again. The "crushes" are great cocktails with a nice variety of flavors. It is more of a place for apps and drinks rather than a nice dinner.

It's our last day at the beach and we wanted to go somewhere to get a nice lunch. Mangos was recommended by a friend, we already knew they had a very nice view. We came in and the servers were quite friendly and the person who served us was friendly too.
The problem was the food; for an appetizer we ordered nachos. These nachos were lacking, they had no options for toppings and were basically chips with a little bit of salsa, cheese, and jalapeños. Honestly some of the worst nachos i've ever had.

Went here on a Tuesday night to watch an NBA Finals game and the service was incredible! Pina Colada's were really good too, as well as the coconut shrimp, and good atmosphere to watch the game at the beach. For a Tuesday after 9PM, the bar was really busy, which made the ambiance enjoyable, and we had a good view of their many TVs to watch the game.
Only reason this is getting four stars instead of five is that they switched to a late night menu after 10PM (understandable) but it was kind of weird options for bar food and we were hungry and didn't want what they had. If I could take

Decent place with great views over the ocean / boardwalk. You need to climb some stairs to head up there. Once inside there are 3 main areas, restaurant, sports bar type section with enormous TVs and an outside area upper deck area.
Food was fairly tasty, although after being asked how we wanted the tuna sandwich, he recommended rare etc it still came out dull grey and seemed like it had been frozen.
The staff were friendly but busy.
If you sit outside mostly it's in the sun, but the view was well worth it.

Great food, awesome service, and a nice view of the beach! They have indoor and outdoor seating and it's nice to be able to see the water while you eat. The food we got was all tasty and the prices are very responsible. Will look forward to returning the the future, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot to grab meal!

Would have been a five star but the cleansliness of the restaurant is subpar. Food was pretty good staff was extremely friendly and helpful no complaints on either of those. The seat cushions look like they were worn out 10 years ago and haven't been cleaning since dirt on the windowsill and I'm no clean freak now didn't deter me from eating there but definitely made me reconsider if I come back.

Very surprised at the lackluster reviews! My friend and I decided to venture out to Bethany beach and made reservations for lunch. Very impressed by how they are managing the restaurant during Covid. We sat apart from other tables and were given paper menus.
We got the calamari for appetizers and got drinks. They didn't have two of the drinks I needed but it's fine stock is variable during the pandemic.
Calamari was okay. Wish the breading was more flavorful. I ended up getting the mango crush which was absolutely delicious!

Food- I got thr mahi tacos.. and I have zero complaints! The fish tasted fresh and I was able to sub out the side which is appreciated. We got a monster sized moscow mule and wow they definitely put a good amount of alcohol in it.
Atmosphere- I like the atmosphere, and I really like where we were seated. I think there should be more outside seating though. I also think the bar should be closer to the windows as well.. it all feels very serperated.

I've been here to watch 3 World Cup games during happy hour. The mangoritas are good the service is good. The happy hour food nachos, wings and fries are ok.
Not great not bad.
The atmosphere is a little dark but Nice. Clearly this becomes more of a bar nightclub scene,
And a lunch spot of the beach.
