Here at University Village on Colvin, we strive to improve the health and wellness of our residents by creating comfortable living and study spaces, while promoting healthy habits that will impact your academic career as well as your personal life.
Only those students who have completed their SU housing requirements are allowed to live with us. You can add to the furniture in the apartment, but you cannot take any of our furniture out of the apartment. We have partnered with RoomSync to provide a modern matching platform where residents choose their own roommates.

I had lived here for 2 years and felt happy living here with efficient maintenance and convenient school bus. Everthing looks great until I have hard time getting back my security deposit after moving out. I called them many times for over 4 months and the office always told me they had some tech issues and would reply me ASAP. Does 4 months mean ASAP? I still haven't got my security deposit yet. They probably just stole it.

The apartment is totally worth the money. The people at UV are super accommodating and friendly. I have had zero issues living at UV so far and will most likely renew my lease with them because the apartments are so great. You have everything you could want and they know how to show appreciation for their residents with many different events.
