Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), trains your muscles in a specific way that traditional workouts can't. This happens by the stimulation of muscle contraction by using electric impulses, and by activating muscle contraction via electrical stimuli, your muscles are being trained. It is amazing the results you see after just two week! I already have stomach definition and muscles that I have not seen in awhile. The gym is very nice and Melinda is great and very knowledgeable.
Everyone would benefit but the 40+ crowd it’s a must and with having 3 knee surgeries my bad leg is already stronger!

Absolutely amazing experience! I didn’t know what to expect at first, but once I have tried it - I was hooked. Workout took 20 minutes, and I was sore for the next few days. Melinda also took my body scan and I was able to see my body fat and muscle percentages, which motivated me even more. Melinda and her staff are amazing, knowledgeable and very attentive. Highly recommended!

I would recommend PhysioFix to anyone serious about getting in shape! After a 20 minute workout, I felt more tired than I ever have after an hour at the gym.
