Such a lovely place to live! The thing that makes it the best is the team that cares for all residents! Any issue or concern, they are considerate and prompt! We will miss our stay at Seacrest and would recommend these homes to friends and family. Rachel& Lumi have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy and assured; they truly took care of us during our time there! All the best to the amazing team at Seacrest!

I been living here for 1 Month. The amount of friendly people you encounter and communication from Lumi the manager directly to tenants is fire!
You can get almost anywhere you need to be in LA in less than 25 minutes.
Some people complain about noise but I guess it really depends on your unit location. I face the pool and it's not that bad. It's 2021 so people complain about anything bro.

I lived in Seacrest for a little over 2 years (first in a 2 BR, and then a 3 BR to get a little extra space). I initially lived on the 6th floor on the 1311 side but actually ended up really liking the 2nd floor unit on the 1309 side overlooking the driveway. The 1311 side is slightly more lively since the leasing office is there and the gym is bigger. No complaints, the property is new and clean, but the best part was the management. Staff kept the property clean and safe, and were extremely responsible and friendly and addressed any maintenance issues very quickly. Moved out because of life

Safe, Clean, Quiet, and fancy apartments.
All the utilities/facilities are great.
Packages are always safe here even if you pick them after few days.
Leasing staff is helpful too. Lumi (Manager) from the Leasing office is always helpful and ready to answer all the questions.
The only issue is, Rooms are a little smaller in size, and no play area for kids. But I knew these issues before moving in, so can't cut down my stars because of these factors :)
Overall nice experience!!

I lived at Seacrest for more than a year before moving out of SoCal. My experience at this apartment complex was very good.
Management is very professional, the facilities are well maintained and the community has amazing people.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I recently took an in person tour of this property while in search for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment. I had 3 specific goals in mind for my search. 1. Price/affordability 2. Clean and newer property with w/d and AC in the unit. 3. South Bay location. The Seacrest Apartments fit all 3 of those criteria for me. Very spacious apartments, upscale interiors, clean property and facilities, great amenities, and very competitively priced.

My wife and I just moved out of Seacrest after living here for the last 2 years and only left because of some life changes, but otherwise would love to have stayed there longer. We moved in just after they opened and can honestly say that its the nicest complex we've ever stayed in. Our apartment was very clean and modern, and the the kitchen was what sold us on the apartment and one of the things we already miss most about it. We never had any issues with pests like roaches or bedbugs or anything. The facilities were beautiful and well-kept by the maintenance/facilities staff. We loved

Let me start of by saying we leased an apartment with the sister building of Seacrest Homes which was Seaport Homes in San Pedro. We rented there for 4 years. Lumi with her team managed/ ran this building like a tight ship.
When Lumi moved to manage Seacrest we naturally followed and so glad we did. Lumi is a truly a superb property manager. The complex is always clean, well managed and if there is any issue that arises Lumi and her team are always very quick to take care of your needs and do so in a very professional manner. My fiancé and I were strongly considering renting at Seacrest Homes Apartments. We took a tour of the facility and really thought we could call this place home. After turning in our applications along with the required documents we were approved. We were ecstatic, and the following day we went to sign the remaining paperwork and turn in our deposit for our unit.

I am very happy with my new 2 bed/2 bath apartment but this review is more for the staff that helped me learn about and ultimately choose my new home. I first found out about this place on apartments.com and subsequently set up an appointment to view the place. Charlene was very professional and showed my family and me the different models and was very patient with the many questions that we threw at her. She had a very positive demeanor and was very keen that we were limited on time and was very accommodating to our schedule as we wanted to check out several different apartment complexes around

I lived here for one year and absolutely loved it. The management was very polite and courteous; always willing to help. The maintenance staff was amazing, they respond promptly to emails and it’s all very organized. I never waited over a day for anything to be fixed. The pool and other amenities are high end and it’s a great investment if you enjoy having family and friends over. They continue to update the building making it better. Also shout out to the cleaning staff, the hallway is kept spotless every day! Overall Seacrest was the perfect home.

I can say I've been living here comfortably since beginning of July. It's been pretty smooth from waiting period, to application, to move in. The management and builder tried to accommodate as much as they could and couldn't expect more. Ever since I moved in, everyone in the building was there to help out whenever I seek for help. Any emails to Lumi (property manager and she's awesome!) would be answered within few hours and staffs are always around to help. I am content.

Seacrest apartments are beautiful and have excellent amenities like big Gym area, yoga room, Spa, Swimming pool.. all are always clean. , Lumi (Manager) is very helpful with any question or concern. She answers your email requests even after 9pm. Whatever little issues I had were resolved in a day. The people in apartment complex are great. I loved living in Seacrest Apartments.

My experience here has been positive so far. The building is clean, facilities are great (love the gym!), and the manager and the staff are friendly, capable and attentive. Examples: I had a question about pro-rated rent one morning - got a detailed and clear reply from the manager by lunch time. My maintenance requests were addressed within a day.
