Just moved in recently and already love the place/community. We really appreciated Stephanie’s help. She made the whole process a breeze and was very quick to respond especially compared to other management that we’ve dealt with at other apartments. Sadly they’re changing the management company so it’s a shame she won’t be there anymore.

I liked it here so much I’ve lived here twice. The property manager (Stephanie De Moss) is helpful, engaging and efficient. The maintence head (Darko) is knowledgeable, punctual and expedient. It’s a quiet community with lots of nice mature trees to quiet the street noise below, and the loudest thing you’ll hear is a couple of high school football games, and they obviously aren’t late in the evening. Great neighbors, peaceful place to have as home. Definitely recommend. Mill Pond Apartments are a really good value. And as far as the reviews regarding unreturned cleaning deposits-I received

Currently living in these apartments for over a year. NEVER had an issue with parking, noise or construction. Live on the third floor and have a very private balcony to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet. The apartment is a little outdated but management (Stephanie) was very responsive when our washer/dryer needed replacing. Would recommend coming to see it before writing it off based on old reviews...

I lived here short term. Stephanie was super accommodating and understood that I would be gone within 3 months of moving for good out of Washington. Yes they were pricey but the proximity to Roeger Park was absolutely the best. I had a great view of the valley being on the 3rd floor.

I hate it here.... I work nights there is never parking available, they always have some kinda landscaping or construction project going on early in the morning. In the past two weeks I have been woken up to landscapers, painters, sawdust crew and that’s not to mention the road work that’s been going on outside the complex. The manager is nice the complex is decent my unit is located in the worst possible place. At this point I just want to brake my lease and get the hell out of here. My head is buzzing from the damn sawdust crew and there loud machinery. This is not a home this is a business

My husband and I moved here last October. And we just signed another year lease. We love living here with our growing family. The location is very nice and quiet and safe. Its also very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are huge and spacious and the Cabana here is amazing to rent out. We've rented it out numerous times for birthday parties, baby showers etc. The Manager Stephanie is amazing. She helped us out from the very beginning. We choose an apartment on the second floor and it was one that needed to be updated because the tenant who lived there currently lived there for a few years

Way too expensive, I pay $900 for a studio. For nearly$1000 I should at least have a bedroom. My TV is so quiet I need to use subtitles to understand it and I still get a noise complaint. If I could afford to save up a new security deposit I would move out. But all my money goes to rent
