Services
Danielle's goal has always been to become a trusted voice of reason for women navigating the health and wellness space. Danielle has been coaching athletes in strength and conditioning for nearly a decade, has spent many years training under successful weightlifting and powerlifting coaches and has immersed herself in all things strength and conditioning to become an expert in her field.
Iron + Mettle offers two types of training: Semi-Private Group Training and Personal Training. Before I started training with you, I had worked out with a few different trainers in the past- none of whom I felt I saw amazing results with. A few months prior to meeting you, I had started to learn to deadlift and squat at home, but again wasn't super serious about it, nor did I particularly enjoy it.

I was always a cardio bunny in the past but owner and head coach Danielle really changed my ways with strength training. She and her team and so sweet and knowledgeable, I know I'm in great hands. I am even getting pull ups now after building up some strength! Excited to see how my progress continues. Can't praise this gym enough.

I can't recommend Iron and Mettle enough! They have built such a welcoming community that I'm so happy to have discovered. All of the trainers are amazing and are great to work with no matter what your skill level. The classes are always fun and challenging, and I can honestly say I look forward to coming every week. I was completely new to strength training and now I feel stronger than ever.

The team at Iron + Mettle is amazing. The focus on building skills and executing moves with good form is perfect for newbies and experienced people. Instructors are knowledgeable and very well prepared for all sessions 1:1, couples and classes. You dictate the style of coaching you need - push to excel, set goals or accommodate an injury/limitation. No mirrors, no scales, no tape measure - your trainer is your monitor and mirror. This makes it easier to focus on your form and your body internally. At the end of every session I am amazed at the aerobic work accomplished in addition to the strength

Iron + Mettle has quite literally changed my life. I have struggled with chronic pain my entire life and working out here I have never felt better than I do now. I never thought I'd be able to lift again and well, here I am 8 months later doing just that and feeling fabulous. I work out with Danielle and she is truly the best. She is kind, motivational, positive, and really listens to your needs. That being said, I have gone to a bunch of classes here every trainer is fantastic. I feel confident saying any person you would be paired with would an awesome experience. It's inspiring to work out with

I am using free weights for the first time and working with a personal trainer for the first time, and having a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful coaches, body positive, listening to my feedback and my goals. I have also met other women from the neighborhood at this gym which is a nice bonus.

So happy to have found this gym! All the trainers are so helpful and knowledgeable, and all the attendees are super friendly. The space is also really nice, and well-maintained. I wanted to become more confident in strength training, and this place has been great for that. The workouts are always fun and challenging, and I leave feeling super accomplished and strong.

I would 100% recommend joining Iron+Mettle to anyone out there who's interested in learning and pursuing strength training. I started out as a complete newbie and now feel confident performing compound movements using the barbell and free weight exercises. The ladies running the studio are absolutely awesome and genuinely care about your fitness journey, which is something very rare and hard to find. I've been training with Danielle for the past year and am thankful to have her in my life! She gives me that one-to-one time to listen to my needs and the goals I'm looking to achieve. She's a wealth of knowledge to help me understand my body better, especially after having a baby. I can honestly say I'm so much stronger both mentally and physically because of her! I have been training with Danielle and Iron and Mettle for the past few years and I can not say enough good things about her and this studio! Since I started training with Danielle, I've grown stronger not just physically but mentally as well. Weight lifting and strength training always seemed so intimidating to me, however Danielle trains from such a place of positivity that she has helped me grow in ways I never even dreamed possible. Danielle is a highly educated trainer with a refreshing take on health and wellness. She is accepting, encouraging, and motivates me to reach beyond my comfort zone. This place is more than a gym: it's a place for women to strengthen not only their bodies but also their mindsets. I love the feminine touches like the flower mural and pink weights. It's a beautiful place to work out.
