Lived here for a year and had no complaints as far as the management. They were always so friendly to us and were quick to do repairs. Very understanding when my car tags got stolen and it took months to get them back. We got our cleaning deposit back from them as well, and when we moved in they were amazing at taking notes of what wear and tear was already in the place so it would not be placed on us.
My only concerns were safety, I didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night due to drug deals happening in parking lots, shady people lingered around too much for my liking. But that is all

Do not do business with this complex. They are dishonest, not upfront about all their fees and requirements upon entry. They will threaten to withhold your partial deposit for early withdraw of your application even though their own paperwork says that you can withdraw with written notice within 24 hours of the first rental date. I'll be waiting to see whether they honor their word or I have to contact a lawyer.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I cannot speak for their past but at this time, my experience says they are dishonest.

Do not recommend. Unless you like being in the middle of late night drug deals and having tweakers run around waving their guns around talking to people that aren’t there.
Update: Every day this place gets worse and worse. It used to be a nice place to live but now there’s constant trash in the parking lots and grass, cigarettes everywhere, broken glass bottles on the paths. The new people they’re letting in are ruining this place.

First time renting an apartment and I have to say that my experience has been phenomenal! I’ve been renting at the Spring Creek Apartments for about eight months now and I am beyond amazed with the dedication the staff/team shows towards their tenants!
If you have any questions that needs to be answered, Gordana is the one that will give you an answer or will find one as soon as she can! With as many questions I’ve had, I am sure she knows my face, my name, and cellphone number by heart! Lol. Without a doubt, she does not mind helping you feel comfortable within your unit and on the premises

First time renting an apartment and had the worst neighbor the first few months that was harassing me. But the staffs were so friendly and helpful with my transfer! They were always on top of their game when it came to maintenance and Gordona was lovely! It’s always clean and I hardly saw any roaches or rodents. The pool is always clean as well. Laundry room could use a little work but usually isn’t a problem. Highly recommend this complex.

Spring Creek is a rare gem among apartment communities! I've lived here for more than 11 years and have had nothing but good experiences along the way. I always hear horror stories from friends about how unhappy they are with their property management. I feel guilty when they share those stories because I've never had to deal with rude staff, messy grounds, or broken appliances. I can count on 1 hand how many times I've had to reach out about a maintenance issue and each time, the issue was resolved within a day. Service requests are tracked online and responded to within minutes sometimes. Management
