Services
Each of our communities has its own friendly, professional management team, so we can maintain the quality of your community and respond to your needs throughout the day. Our Resident Portal and App allow you to pay rent, submit a service request, or connect with your management team whenever you need to.
All residents are required to carry Renters Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage and a minimum of $10,000 personal property coverage. The community must also be listed as an "Additional Interest" or "Interested Party". Water damage liability and dog bite liability coverage is included (these are not typically included in standard policies).

My girlfriend and I moved in a little over two months ago and we could not be more happy here. Heather was amazing at helping us get all set up and has answered any and all questions we have had since we moved in. Bucking Horse is an amazing place to live. Highly recommend looking here if you need a place to live!

The apartment itself and the complex is nice. My issue is the crazy rent increases. Our current rent is $1500 for our apartment we moved into in January, but now the same floor plan is being rented out at around $2100! My husband and I decided to purchase a home sooner than expected since rent is going to increase astronomically and we now have to decide to either break our lease or pay mortgage and rent at the same time. It’s a lose-lose situation where we’re shelling out an additional $4000 either way. I just wish Bucking Horse had more compassion and was willing to work with us. I guess

Bucking Horse is better than anything I ever expected, mainly because the management is awesome! Everything we have brought to Lisa's and Heather's attention has been taken care of properly and in a very reasonable period of time. The apartments are beautiful and relatively new. (2018 I think) There is a ton of parking, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and the Ranch House, pool, and dog park are very nice amenities. I never thought I could live in an apartment, especially after reading negative reviews from other places, but I've see none of that here. I'll update in a few months if anything changes
