Maintenance did everything I asked for. He also unclogged my drain and opened my windows. Super impressed!

This place still has a special spot with me. I've been here for 2 years and still enjoy pulling through the gates and the ocean view from my balcony. This is by far the best place to live on the island if you're apartment living......

Maintenance at this facility is WONDERFUL! While I was at work, I sent in a maintenance request and within the HOUR I was informed that it had been fulfilled! The facilities here are clean, well-kept, and this place is truly a joy to reside at. 5 STARS from me!!!!

Best apartments on the island. Period. Are they a bit pricier than other complexes? Yes - but you get what you pay for. This place is beautiful! First apartments I've ever seen where the pictures in the brochure are a true representation of daily life here. The grounds are immaculate! The pool area is like an oasis, with a huge stone kitchen area for grilling out and a resort style pool with water curtain. The gym is state of the art and available 24/7. Front door trash pickup, covered parking garage - this place has it all! And the office staff is awesome! What's the catch, you ask? Hmm...living
