I have lived here since April 2021, and when moving in, everything went great! The staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Our AC went out mid-July, and it was very difficult to get maintenance to fix it. After 3 days, it was finally fixed, and they only agreed to pay half of my hotel bill (after a month of emails that were ignored). I lost my job a couple days before Thanksgiving due to COVID, and they gave me 2 options on ending my lease early: 1. Pay 2 months rent + $2500 that same day or 2. They would turn me into collections. It was a very frustrating time (and still is). Amenities are

I live at Reserve at North River over two years, and it is a beautiful community. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whenever I have questions about any charges on my account, they walk me through it. Maintenance requests always get answered quickly. It is a smaller community so everyone knows each other, making it a wonderful place to live.

The staff is what has made the experience here great. We had a few issues to work out with appliances and things upon move in, but Kelly and Jennifer in the office and Dale and Trey on the maintenance staff have been amazing to work with. We have gotten quick responses and everyone has bent over backwards to do their best to help. That level of service is greatly appreciated

Move In - the energy walking into the leasing office speaks for itself upon interest. Jaylin, Jennifer and Kelly all were apart of my smooth transition. They all were THOROUGHLY helpful. Though they appear to be working diligently on changes in the property, it already sets a good tone upon entrance into the property. Jaylin had super patience with me for I know having the job of a leasing professional, you have to be able to work with multiple personalities, backgrounds and cultures and though his and the staff were busy, I felt each one of their undivided attention when I interacted with them

I came for a quick tour of the property and was thoroughly impressed. First, I was shocked at how clean and kept the property was inside and out. Not to mention how good it smelt when I walked inside of the office! I went on a tour with Jennifer and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the property both inside and out and the surrounding areas of the property as well! I will most definitely be recommending The Reserves to others!!! Lastly, everyone in the office had superior business etiquette and surpassed all of my expectations! I would definitely give this property a 10/10!

One of the nicest apartment complexes I’ve ever been to. I called and looked into these apartments because of a referral from a friend and when I spoke with Jaylin, he helped me with all of my questions, no matter how crazy they may have been. The tour was even better with a beautiful model unit and the office staff was beyond welcoming when I came in. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a apartment that will feel like home.

The Reserve is picturesque; surrounded by beautiful trees, and is centrally located within the city. The grounds and the apartments are well maintained and Blade, a staff member is awesome! There is also a fenced dog park on the property. Those who are seeking a place to call home, I recommend taking a tour of the property.

I have been living here for over a year now and have no complaints. The amenities are beautiful and kept so clean! (Best pool ever and so kid friendly!) The office staff is top notch! Blade has been a go-to of mine since I moved in and is always so so professional! If you have a question or concern, he is always willing to help! The property is… beautiful and the landscaping is always tidy. We’ve met many friends at the pool, as the community is full of the nicest neighbors! Highly recommend living here! It is quiet, beautiful and SAFE! We love where we live!

My family and I have lived here for almost half a year.The facilities are cared for by a crew dedicated to making these units feel loved. From the website, calls, and emails I have worked with Blade C; his level of professionalism and customer service made the application process stress free and living here a genuine pleasure. Blade is one of those… rare people that I'd be more than happy to have work for me or someone I'd be just as happy to work for. The Reserve at North River started as a temporary place for my family and I, but we gladly call it home now. Thank you.
