We have lived here now at Jordan Creek for several years now and have loved every minute of it! The office staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The maintenance staff are a couple of nice guys, very friendly and courteous. Jordan Creek and mills is a very nice community and I highly recommend checking it out.

I have been living here for nearly a year now and it's been great!
Location: It is less than a 5 minute drive from Walmart, Target, and Sam's Club. It's also about a 3 minute drive from the freeway entrance. There is also a bus stop across the street for if you need to travel to downtown! Or if you don't want to drive in the snow.
Lauren and Kim have been nothing but amazing and accommodating the entire time I have been here.
I have also left my garage opener multiple times in my car in the garage and the maintenance guys always were amazing in opening it for me!

Nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood with great access to walking and biking trails! Also close to many amenities, easy access to HWY52, very close to the bus route! It takes about 12 minutes (driving) and about 22 minutes (biking) to get to downtown. Great staff and the fitness room have been updated (currently close due to COVID) with plenty of cardio equipment (no weights).

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I could not be happier. It is in a good part of town with walking paths and a nice neighborhood. The management is great. They are all super nice and willing to work with you and make your experience the best it can be. The apartment itself is really nice too I have a garage and my own washer and dryer which is a huge plus. I’ve only had a few maintenance issues that could be expected and when I requested them to be fixed they were all fixed within a few days. Would recommend 100%!

Lived here for the better part of 2019 and now into 2020. Amazing place with friendly staff, from the hard working maintenance team who cleared that 10+ inches of snow and made it so I could walk to my car was amazing! The staff in the office has been nothing short but understanding with any concerns we had and was prompt with solving all of them in a timely manner. Would recommend to almost anyone looking for a place to stay where they feel taken care of and appreciated!
