Decided to wait till we moved out to write a fair review. We lived here for over 2 years. We were one of the first to live in this community and the first in our apartment.
Management/Maintenance:
When we moved in Alexis and Abel were the manager/maintenance team. They were great so we were nervous about the new team.
I only had a few interactions with management while living at Allegro and all of the interactions were positive. Lindsay is very responsive, and does a great job making Allegro feel like a home. The maintenance man Mike is awesome! I didn’t think anyone could fill Abels shoes

I honestly love the community and the overall feel of this place. The homes are very comfortable and up to date. The community is quiet and everyone seems to be respectful of one another.
Update :
After reading the other reviews I wanted to add that yes it is pricey to live here but the amenities and location, you almost can't complain. Parking can be a struggle definitely but it is like that mostly everywhere. The neighbors that I have are so wonderful, I feel so safe here. I could leave packages out my doorstep and know that it would be there if I were to leave and then return. I have lost

Went to look for A 2 bedroom and the property and amenities blew me AWAY! From the cleanliness to the curb appearance of the property and even balconies and patios were up kept. The properry manaet was so helpful and took her time to explain the features and walk me through all the floor plan option! Amazing property!

Living here is really nice, very bright at night I feel safe walking my dogs late at night. The communal area are well taken care of and nicely decorated. Staff here is very friendly. Especially Mike hernandez, the maintenance staff. He's always willing to help and very friendly to chat with. I feel secure knowing there is a trustworthy and helpful person like him taking care of the residents. He is a wonderful guy in our community.

The phenomenal support was the deciding factor for me to move to this community. Lindsay was amazing during my entire moving process. I felt like every issue that came up, the Allegro Team had a solution for. I’ve only been here for a few weeks but everyone is really warm and friendly that I’ve met. So far so good!

1st of all I love living here it's very nice people are very nice here the maintenance guy is so awesome hes there to help and he shows and hes very caring hes the best his name is Mike. I would definitely move into these apartments but complex is awesomeYou get nice neighbors as well I am so blessed for these apartments I love it here so much. I definitely rate this place 5 plus yall.

Mike from maintenance is always a pleasure! He handles my maintenance requests really quickly, calls to let me know beforehand when he'll be arriving, and super respectful when entering my home. We don't wear shoes in the house and without needing to be asked he took them off at the entrance and was great to chat with and handled all my maintenance requests super quickly (had 3 handled all in one day). Very friendly, lively, and polite, to give an overall great experience.

I’ve been a resident for about 7 months and everything has been great. Move-in was easy. I’m the first tenant in my unit and it’s beautifully finished. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Yes, parking can be tough, but they can only do so much to control these issues. Tbh, out of the 7 months I’ve been here I’ve only not been able to park close to my unit twice and those were also times I came home super late. Yes, sometimes you can hear your neighbors, but it’s an apartment and it’s to be expected in any close living quarters. Yes, there’s a homeless colony across the street but

The inside of the apartments are very nice and modern, the linoleum hardwood is easy to clean and low maintenance. Neighbors are all friendly, have never had an issue with packages going missing at doorstep or by Amazon locker - many packages end up right next to the locker and sit there for several days. Price seems slightly above average for the area, the water and sewage bills are high and vary even if you have a routine of usage. Usually utilities will cost me $70 but water is always more than $100!

We've lived here since Jan 2020. The staff is great, they are kind and friendly and I'm sure they have long days between all new requests and current residents so I respect their work. The units are clean and modern, there's some minor craftsmanship flaws in ours but nothing to be really upset with. The natural light allowance from the windows is… nice, plenty of sunshine coming in (when it's not raining). If we had to do it all over again, we'd move here again. It's in a great spot for a commute into Seattle being right next to the park N ride, I just wish there was less homeless camps
