My name is Tyson Dale. I am NPTI Professionally Certified with over 20 years experience and have a background in Martial Arts. I created Traveling Fitness Trainers to add a more versatile and comfortable training experience with flexibility. The great advantage of having one of our amazing trainers come to you is that you save tons of time AND you're home right when you finish!

I have been working with Tyson for about 6 months now and am very pleased with my progress. He is a very intuitive trainer who tailors the right program for each individual. TFT will provide you with a plan that fully considers your personal goals as well as what's best suited for your particular body and mind. Alfie is great trainer. He pushes me even when I think I cant but hes mindful of my health limits and my goals. Tyson (owner) has been super supportive & always checks on my progress. I was hesitant to workout/run again because of a previous back injury but Alfie & Tyson made me feel comfortable & created exercise plan that safely got me back on track and now Im planning to run a 5K in March and I feel great!

Been working out with Tyson for the last few months and its been great!!! Different work outs each session with explanations of which muscle groups are being worked, with an emphasis on completing moves correctly rather than just focusing on getting reps in. Love that we can meet at home rather then having to have a gym membership.
Tyson is an awesome trainer and would highly recommend him.

I am a 68 year old obese, unhealthy and true couch potato female. Tyson has been my trainer for 2 months and comes to my home two times a week and is on time each day. He has been nothing but encouraging. I also use the treadmill 4 days a week. When I started I could only use it for 3 minutes. Now I can use the treadmill for 40 minutes straight while altering the speed and elevation. Even when I try to convince Tyson that he can finish 15 minutes early, he motivates me to continue to work the entire hour. I’ve worked with Tyson for 3 months now and I can’t recommend him enough! I was originally looking at sessions at smaller gyms and was surprised to find out that Traveling Fitness Trainers was half the cost and I didn’t have to leave my house. Tyson is very professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! He pushes you to do your best and is great at teaching the correct form, how the muscles work, and breathing. If you are looking for a personal trainer, Tyson is the best!

I've been working out with Tyson for three months and I haven't felt this good in ten years. I love to work out but my body doesn't respond the same way it did in my twenties. I love the different exercises that he uses to get the job done. Whether it's in a gym or at a park I always get an awesome workout. I also appreciate the patience that he has on the days when the knees don't want to cooperate. I have already recommended him to friends and co-workers.

Working with Tyson has been great! I am trying to get in shape for my wedding and for the future. It has been so nice working with someone who listens to what your goals are and truly designs a workout to fit your needs. He is extremely encouraging and positive. Tyson is great! He is patient and knows how to keep the mood light and to challenge you with every workout. I wanted my energy back and to lose weight in the process. It’s only been 2.5 months and I have come a long way and still have a long way to go, but I feel better and better after every workout! This has been the longest that I have remained focused and motivated to continue to workout in years. I know all this change has to do with the positive attitude and encouragement Tyson gives at every session.
