Services
Interested in learning more about what being a member at CrossFit Eden Prairie is like? This is the class for you. During this hour-long class, you can expect to learn about the training methodology of CrossFit, why we do what we do, how to get started, take a look at the facilities, get any questions answered, and do a short workout that all ability levels can complete.
I became passionate about CrossFit because from the moment I stepped into the CFEP box I new it was the place for me. Tons of fun, friendly people in an inviting atmosphere who are working hard, sweating, and throwing lots of weight around. Growing up I was no stranger to physical work. I'd wrestle just about year round, play baseball in the summer, and lift weights and condition to stay in shape.
Access to all coach-led classes: CrossFit, Bootcamp, Strength/Olympic Lifting, & Open Gym during class hours. Open Access can be purchased as an add-on to your monthly membership or a stand-alone membership option. Those that take advantage of the Open Access membership will be given an individual access code for the building.
Whether you're visiting for a day, week, month, or longer we'd love to welcome you to our community! If you have CrossFit experience, there's no need to participate in our initial Bootcamp programs. Feel free to attend whichever General CrossFit class works best for you and your schedule. Prior to participating in class, please read through our Gym Etiquette info and you'll be all set.

If you’re looking for a safer place to working out during a global pandemic - I would recommend checking out this place. I’ve never done CrossFit before, had no idea what a ‘kipping’ pull up was, and am generally a pretty shy person. So trying this gym was a bit out of my comfort zone from going to Lifetime in my Target sweatpants. After a free tryout week, and joining, I can’t say I regret the decision. The more you go, the more you feel comfortable and get to know members of the gym. I too have appreciated the coaches checking in with me on form and movements as most things are really

Great gym, highly recommend!
It's easy to get to, plenty of parking space, the owners are friendly and the coaches are amazing! Every time you walk in, you feel welcomed. If you want to work out with fellow members that know your name, support you and actually care - it's the place to be. Not every gym can offer a great community as a bonus, but this one does. They offer many special events throughout the year as well to motivate you even more in your fitness journey.
In short - it's a great place to be, no matter whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting. Give it a try, you'll be glad

I love working out here. I've stuck with this gym longer than any other and have no plans to leave. The community is so welcoming and kind, while pushing you to be the best you can be. Curt and Anna (the owners) have created a great gym environment. All the coaches are so informative and helpful. The gym motto is "Work Hard. Be Nice" and it could not be more accurate. I would highly recommend joining this gym if you are new to CrossFit or if you've been doing it for years.

This gym is the cream of the crop for group workouts. The workouts are effective and accessible for all fitness levels. The coaches are vigilant about safety. The culture is unrivaled for being encouraging of one another.
Opportunities to participate in competitions and events are always in the calendar. There are also opportunities to work on nutrition and other aspects of one's health.
I can't recommend CrossFit Eden Prairie and its sister gym, CrossFit Prior Lake enough.

I love the team atmosphere at CrossFit Eden Prairie. I know for me, I'll always work harder in a group than I will on my own, but if the culture isn't supportive, then I'll just skip the workout altogether. At CrossFit EP, I look forward to workouts because I know my coaches and fellow classmates will build me up. I love that feeling I get when I've pushed myself, and that's always how I leave from classes here. I highly recommend this gym.

Absolutely love this place. Great community, excellent work outs, and excellent coaches. The owners are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and have a passion for Crossfit. If you are new to it they coach you up the entire way and help you do everything at levels you physically can. If you are an elite athlete, the programmed workouts are a challenge to all. The best part about this business than any competitor...Egos are left at the door. It is a family run business and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in. Love it! Join. Now!

CrossFit Eden Prairie Gym and owners Curt and Anna provide accessible fitness for all people, all levels of fitness, including people who are not active at all. Egos are checked at the door and this is a supportive and encouraging environment. Among CFEP Gym etiquette is: Personal records are "celebrated as if you just got a new puppy" and no team member is left behind - the workout is not over until everyone is finished.
The CFEP trainers are well credentialed, heavily experienced, and biased towards safety, proper form, and scaling a workout to each individual so it is both challenging

In a word, CrossFit Eden Prairie is AMAZEBALLS.
I was highly skeptical of CrossFit despite rave reviews from my sister, who has been CrossFitting for over two years -- first in Lincoln, NE, & then with CFEP. I was in the camp of people who had never tried CrossFit, but I was a non-believer any way. Why would I join CrossFit if I can go to LifeTime & lift weights? What about all of those health & wellness articles taking over my News Feed about the risks of contracting rhabdomyolysis from CrossFit? Or what if I go & everyone laughs at me because I can't squat more than a 33lb
