When we decided to put our house on the market, we contacted Josh, based on online search and reviews we found from his previous customers. Our first meeting with him, was enough to confirm we found our match. He was very efficient, and prepared to answer to all our questions. He impressed us with his expertise and knowledge. Josh is a great agent. He was able to help us pinpoint the exact type of home we were looking for, in the area we wanted. Our needs were very specific and we would receive daily updates on homes that fit our criteria as they came on the market. This process took many months but Josh was always available for questions and toured homes with us himself. If there were 100 stars, I'd give them all to Josh. We've bought and sold 3 homes, and I can easily say that Josh is the best realtor we have ever used. I wish we found him sooner.
