Estates at Bellwood offers two and three bedroom garden-style apartments and townhomes.
With only two homes per building, you'll receive the privacy that most apartment communities cannot offer. All of our pet friendly apartment homes have ground level entries. Furthermore, all of our townhomes feature ceiling fans in the bedrooms, wood-burning fireplaces, washer and dryer connections and patios.

I have been a resident for over 5 years, I absolutely love the community. The office staff is amazing and the manager, Jessica, makes sure the residents are having a great experience. The apartments feel like a home, offers privacy, space, and some have been renovated. I heard that the fitness room, pool area, and clubhouse is being renovated, which is exciting news!

Although our stay was shortened for personal reasons, Estates at Bellwood make my family’s move to South Carolina most memorable! The staff was supportive and communication was fantastic. The community was clean and family friendly. The children were able to play with neighborhood friends by day and sleep soundly at night as the community was nice and quite. When we moved to Greenville from Detroit we were expecting an authentic southern experience-This was anything but! We were pleasantly surprised by how accessible local shopping and entertainment was. My experience was top notch from the time I applied through my move-in and during my stay. We relocated from out of state and loved living here. It is a quiet community with kind and respectful neighbors. The whole staff is amazing. The only reason we moved is because we found a new home to buy sooner than we expected.

So I only do reviews on apartments on the last month of the term. I just got my renewal offer and I can honestly say I am renewing for another 12 months. I absolutely enjoy living here. The prices are Reasonable, The office staff are great! The maintenance guy’s are always here to help. Landscape is perfect and it’s a quiet place. If this helps any I have never renewed a lease. This will be my first and have no regrets! Thank you bellwood for making us feel home!

My husband, and I, along with our growing family, have lived here almost 2 years, the community is nice and quiet. We really appreciate the kindness of the staff. We have never had a problem reported that has gone unnoticed. The ladies in the office are very kind and generous, always willing to help and answer our questions, especially during this pandemic. Thanks and kudos to you all for making every effort accommodate everyone while keeping yourselves safe.

I searched high and low for a nice place to call home after moving here from out of state during a pandemic. I set my heart on Estates at Bellwood. I missed out several times on the specific model I wanted and then finally found the perfect one. Jessica made the whole process a breeze, from virtual touring to applying and finally signing the lease and moving in. Couldn't have been easier. So far the community seems quiet with residents that seem to enjoy decorating their front porches and making it feel like a home and not just an apartment. That is what I was really looking for. Great place to live! Jessica has been super helpful with the whole process from the minute I first toured the apartment. The apartment staff Jessica, Alicia, Ron and Kenny are great and always stay on top of things. Maintenance always gets things done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend living here!

My family and I really enjoy living here. It is a quiet community in the perfect location along Woodruff rd. Jessica in the office is so friendly and she goes above and beyond to make sure the residents here are happy. The maintenance staff is exceptional as well, they are always quick to address any issues and fast in repairs. I also really appreciate their kindness. When my son and I are out for a walk they always smile, say hello, and give my son a high five. He loves it! Its been a wonderful community with friendly neighbors and staff.

I highly recommend The Estates at Bellwood. It is a very quiet neighborhood and if we have any maintenance requests, the maintenance staff is VERY quick to take care of any issues. They are very proactive and very professional along with the office staff. The yards, and townhomes are well maintained along with all the amenities. My husband and I often comment how much we enjoy living here. Also, there are plenty of green spaces all around, which makes for a prettier place to reside.

We honestly have THE most AMAZING property managers and team here at Bellwood. Jessica and Ashley are ALWAYS friendly, happy to see you, and the MOST caring ladies you will ever meet!!!! Our maintenance team, Ron and Kenny are the BEST around and are quick to fix any problem!! So if you are looking for a new place to call home, look no further than Estates at Bellwood...where YOU are honestly the most important person and your needs come first! We have lived here for 12 years and aren't in the market to go anywhere else....this is HOME. <3
