My Daughter And I Are New To The Western States. We Landed In AZ And Found Good Living At 2222 S Dobson. The Staff As A Whole Are Rockstars No Question. One Specific Person That Stands Out To Me Is Angelica. She’s Very Attentive And Informative. She Gets Things Done Expeditiously When Asked Of Her. Every Time I Visit. Angelica, Sasha, And The Other Lady ( I Keep Forgetting Her Name Lol ) Greet Me With Inviting Smiles And Are Ready To Take On Anything Within Regards To 2222 S Dobson Professionally And Efficiently. I sent a review in 2weeks ago and am responding to their response as I have remained ill as has my husband.
1. We want them to put us in a lower level 3 bedroom that is not handicapped. At their expense.
2. Professionally clean all ducts and vents
3. Professionally clean and then reseal grout in both bathrooms and kitchen
4. Take a sample and find out what is growing in both our toilets
5. Test water out of ice maker in fridge and replace as it is leaking again
6. Clean top of cupboards and blades on all 4 ceiling fans
Will keep u up to date

During our apartment search, we stopped by the Dobson and were greated by Rosie. She was very sweet and took the time to get to know my husband and I while offering us move-in options that worked within our timeframe. Her kind demeanor made us feel like the leasing office is a place that cared for it's residents. Whenever there is an issue or concern, Rosie is prompt and makes us feel heard. Rosie also works to connect residents within the complex to make us more of a community.

there has been many changes: new ownership, different management companies, and a revolving door of front office personnel. During these changes, especially the transitioning of leasing agents and property managers, there were many challenges. Despite these challenges,
over the last few years, covid included, there have been numerous positive changes as well. The property has since been repainted and it is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is lush, well maintained, and the pool areas are very resort like. Our new property

We are 4 year tenants. We have seen managers come and go. The new Manager is Corrine Green. Once she stepped in she has taken charge. They brought in a new maintenance crew that stay on top of things. We once had our Garbage Disposable disconnect on a Saturday evening with water leaking. The maintenance person came up and fixed the issue immediately. Corrine has also been coordinating the landscapers and has been making the property look even better. She has a nice office staff who are quick to help us with any issues. One thing I will have to say about Corrine is that she cares, then they are

I have lived in this property since the begining and have seen alot of property owners come and go. We have had some really amazing employees here, and we have lost alot of good ones as well. So I recently had found a large dog roaming the property with no collar, and as I was unloading my groceries, he just went to my stairs and waited for me to go into my apt. Well he followed me and was the most well mannered pet you have ever seen. well after a very long search and posting on social media, I had decided to wait till morning to search some more. I have only lived here for just over a month but felt that it was necessary to write this review. With working from home, I like things perfect and in the short time being here any issue I have had, Kristina in the front office had helped me more than I would have ever expected. When coming in to just let them know of an issue small or large, she always makes it her top priority to get it done before I leave the offIce as well as the best time for me. Which is huge due to the amount of conference meetings I have every week.

I just moved in here and before I got here I applied at different location which were so getto as hick...and so I came here took a chance.its a little ways down from my job but it's worth it !!!! My kids and I love it here ...I haven't had no problems wit neighbors.... and trust me coming from a crazy place, this location you can feel safe...!!! It's quite, and Kristina Smith that's here is awesome from dobson2222....she always does her best and makes things right !!! And if u have a issue she is so willing to fix it ! I can keep going on and on but i seriously rate this location

After 4 years I have had to leave to relocate. I've had to move out of state to take care of an ailing parent. As soon as my work with parent is done though I am going back to AZ!
I had just renewed and AMC was very accommodating at understanding the hardship that fell on me. Of all the management teams we've had over the past few years (far too many), AMC has really put their money where their mouth is and gone into action. Many things have been fixed and updated (though I am not a fan of the low flow faucets. :( I understand it being in the desert but it...takes...so...long...for

I was looking for a new place to live in the chandler area and I happen to pass this one and thought just to go inside to see what it was all about, 2 days later I signed my lease and got my keys 2 days after that. The process was painless and more organized then any apartment I've ever lived at thus far.
They have gotten new management and are making changes to make the community a better place for the tenants.
