I’ve recently visited this location I’ve been all over Houston looking for high rise to live in so far this was the best one out of all 7 high rises I’ve visited everything was perfect but most important part was a leasing director Her name was Mona, She was the best so knowledgeable and she knew everything about the area as well, she made feel like home thank you so humble and passionate about her job.

I recently toured at Hanover Post Oak with Mona and I fell in love with the place, Everything looks so beautiful from the amenities to the units. Mona was amazing and so informative and patient with all my questions. I’ve been looking at apartments for a while now and never had tour like this anywhere else! Will be leasing here and I’m so excited.

I love this property, amazing location and staff especially Jhoseline, who’s very professional and helpful, she answered all the questions I had and was very patient with me. I just want to share my experience Houston was incredible and while I was there what made it incredible was during my stay at the Hanover. First the staff beyond exceptional. I mean from Valet to the Cleaning staff to the concierge. You guys made it a point to make me feel extremely special and valued. I also did a couple of private events and my friends were always blown away. They didn’t even realize that this was a residence LOL. Thank you so much to everybody there. I’m moving back to Atlanta to be with family but I will tell you this, I loved every day staying at the Hanover Post Oak.

Location location location!!! Great place to live. Very high end like a hotel. Pool area is breathtaking. Pet friendly with dog park. Friendly staff all around. Great concierge, efficient valet (whole vastaff very polite) Ali Aziz was a great leasing agent and provided such amazing service and a smooth process.
People giving low reviews for petty reasons... smh. Sorry but these reasons shouldn't stop someone from leasing at this wonderful property. Owning an equivalent type unit in the Galleria would cost thousands monthly.

It is a great place to live, well maintained, and full of amenities.
Staff is helpful and friendly. 24hrs concierge is reassuring.
I worked with Nicole Hart during the leasing process. She made everything seamless. She went the extra step to give me a tour over a video chat since I was in a different City/State. It was a pleasure working with her.

Pool lamps have been flickering and unchanged for months, and the maintenance crews couldn't even bother to put in the same bulbs. You have a mix of bright white and yellow hues.
Outdoor fire-pits are rarely working-- one of them is completely broken, and the other one flickers on and off and can't stay lit.
Every part of the amenity deck is open air, and even the grill areas are uncovered which means that these spaces are unusable quite often

I absolutely LOOOVE living here! I moved in this past May and it has been such an amazing experience. From the property manager Michele, down to the valet team, every single person that works here is so friendly, kind and helpful. I have never lived anywhere that even comes close to Hanover Post Oak. The views only make it that much better - even my dog can't get enough!

When I was first looking for a new place to call home it was a big decision as I was going through a divorce and moving from a house to an apartment. Keith Eddins was wonderful to work with! He was patient and took his time showing me several different apartments even his own to help me envision my furniture placement! **CURRENT RESIDENTS** beware.. our community has always been 5 stars. The entire staff is really amazing and the fellow neighbors are nice however Hanover has failed to increase security or advise us of the vehicle break ins that have occurred over the last two weeks. This building has been hit TWICE that a few of us tenets know about! Don't leave anything in your vehicle!! Hanover really needs to step it up and hire a full time armed guard that ACTUALLY PATROLS the entire garage all night!! We don't pay 4K or more a month to worry about our luxury vehicles being destroyed. Just look

I just moved into my apartment at Hanover Post Oak last week. From day one the staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming. I've really felt like I've been given the best VIP customer service. When I arrived I was greeted by Ali and Michele. Ali took the time to walk me to my apartment and show me the mail room, loading dock, and several important things I'll be needing as a resident. I recently moved to this property 3 months ago and it has been nothing short of amazing. All of the staffing departments are so courteous and helpful. From the valet, to the maintenance team, to the concierges. Nicole Hart is the best of them all. I spoke with her from the time I was apartment hunting, to seeing the different options, to signing my lease. Nicole is so hands on and makes sure that you are happy above all else. Her customer service exceeds EVERYTHING! When you come to Hanover to tour make sure you ask for Nicole, she makes you feel at home already, and before you know it your signing

The manager gave me a comment here. But even herself, is one of the managers who ignored my request. My three precious shirts have been missing over 2 weeks until now!
I replied her : "I know you, and even you, ignored my request too. My Email for this missing laundry issue to you and Taylor was on 12/22/2018, 2:23PM. Until now, 1/5/2019, no one replied me even a word!
However, during my trip out of the US between 12/23 and 1/1, none of the manager followed my request

Property is great, location is great, amenities are great, concierge is great - management is HORRENDOUS. I mean talk about the biggest group of incompetent people all working together in one place and that's who you're dealing with in the leasing office. Look no further! You have found the best apartments in Houston. Hanover Post Oak is the best high rise near the Galleria. Such a quiet building, 24 hour gym which is AMAZING. The management is unlike any other. Michele, Taylor, and Rachael are the sweetest girls you will ever meet. Concierge is 24 hours and the guys out there are the best. And the valet staff is so attentive.

So I waited awhile to leave a review because I wanted to see if I still felt the same way that I did when I first moved in to this community. Well, I definitely do. It's a phenomenal building with exceptional customer service. Reggie and the rest of the concierge team were always open and welcoming. They knew me by name and my apartment number.
The apartments are always quiet and I maybe heard my neighbors twice in a year. You should definitely check it out and live here.

I have been living here for a year now and release in a heartbeat. Staff is super friendly. They always greet you. Valet guys are great, Reggie concierge is awesome. Leasing agents are very helpful and friendly. Restaurants, whole foods are walking distance. The galleria mall is also walking distance.

Terrible management! We paid $2300/ month for a 800 sq/ft room in hanover post oak. And our car been scratched in the garage by a white car on 4/25 or 4/26.i reported this to the front desk at 4/26 around 8pm (no camera in garage). Front desk is really nice, he recorded all the things i said, and told me will report it to manager next day morning. However, it already been more than one week, NONE ONE contacted us about this problem !!
I call today to ask whats going on. The manager told me she never received this report from the front desk and NOTHING SHE CAN DO FOR ME!

Hanover Post Oak has such a friendly staff and great management. We've held many events here (meetings, lunch and learns, etc).
The service absolutely deserves 5 stars. Manager, Michele, is so kind and attentive. Not to mention this building is luxurious. Sparkling pool with amazing views, gym clean and up kept.
I highly recommend Hanover Post Oak to live!

Head over heels for EVERYTHING Hanover! From the concierge, to the valet, to JAMEELAH! I've never been so impressed by the customer service and amenities of a residential building. My boyfriend John, recently moved to Houston from California and thanks to Miss Jameelah his move was seamless. She went above and beyond to help him feel welcome and at home in a new city. A special shout out to Eden and all the valet attendants who also do a remarkable job. Its those little things like calling us by our names, those smiles and that never ending good mood that make Hanover the best place to live

I am about to be a new resident here and I cannot be more excited about living in such a beautifully appointed, well attended to high rise. Everything has been thought of here. The valets already know me by name, the concierges I've met have been extremely professional and attentive, and the other residents I've met all have been very welcoming and have had nothing but good things to say. I shopped 9 other high rises in Houston and I have to say, my leasing agent, Andrea, was heads-and-shoulders above the rest when it comes to professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm. I am happy
