Since traditional Jamaican dishes don't usually contain any processed ingredients, making most meals a tasty, healthy treat.
We specialize in 100% authentic Jamaican food. This isn't just limited to the items we put on the menu. Our Jamaican food is made with traditional ingredients such as black pepper, coconut, plantain, salt beef, oxtail, and tamarind. Our chefs also prepare all foods in the traditional manner, adding a touch of authenticity that you can taste with every delicious bite.
Jerk chicken is named after a style of cooking that has been popular in Jamaica for many years. During the process of making the chicken, meat is rubbed with a spice known as Jamaican jerk spice. It is used on both chicken and pork dishes. Ingredients include nutmeg, salt, thyme, salt, cloves, and cinnamon.

I have been going to this restaurant for years, the one in Rockville and Gaithersburg, Maryland. I understand the prices going up but the platters have gotten smaller and I would go to get the oxtails. Now the oxtails are half cooked, tough and all bones.. WHY???? What happened??? Our money is still being spent... Not happy, and the store in Rockville, the customer service is somewhat rude and I am very disappointed.. $20.00 for bones and undercooked meat? WOW!!!! Just lost a long time customer
