Preparation is integral to getting the most out of every single workout. Every one of our timed sessions starts with combination exercises for fun, fast, effective results, bringing your heart rate up and getting your body up to speed for the Gauntlet Round. Our Gauntlet round gets you moving with strengthening and muscle-training skills using eight kickboxing towers.

Services
Our drop-in sessions give you a taste of what Gauntlet Fitness has to offer, with access to one of our fitness classes whenever it suits your schedule. If you only have limited time each week to build your fitness, the G2 membership will work well for you. Increase your confidence while still maintaining your busy schedule.
By having our program defined in 3 parts, we are able to do more for our bodies and create a well-rounded workout experience. Each trainer at Gauntlet Fitness is certified in the art of kickboxing by our very own Master Sheram. They are not only personal trainers, but a fully qualified team ready to help you accomplish your strength and fitness goals.
Staying fit and working out requires hard work, patience, and dedication, which can be difficult to achieve on your own. Are you bored with your current exercise regimen and are looking to try a new motivating fitness routine? If you're thinking about building muscle, losing weight, or you just want to improve your overall fitness, joining a fitness.
The first step to getting started is trying out a trial class, which will allow our specialist trainers to understand your fitness level and recommend the best program for you. I didn’t ever think I would enjoy working out so much until I started coming to Gauntlet. The trainers are so supportive and truthfully push you to do your best. Gauntlet is so unique, there is nothing else like it. The community is so well connected. You feel so comfortable and aren’t ever afraid of being judged. I have grown so much ever since I came to Gauntlet and it has been such a positive thing in my life.

I can't say enough how incredible and unique this place is. If you think 'how different can it be?', trust me, you have never experienced anything like the Gauntlet! If you're completely new to kickboxing, take the basic lessons first (heck, even if you have some experience, the fundamentals are taught correctly here)

You signed up to go to kickboxing so expect to get your sweat on. It is kickboxing in HIIT form. High intensity, strong movements, increased heart rate, different movements over the course of a timed session. April is great. The atmosphere is motivating and not intimidating. Regulars are encouraging. And as a first timer, I'll be back to conquer my footwork. Good stuff!

What a great atmosphere! The main thing I love about my new gym is that it is safe. Some of the other high intensity gyms have a lot of injury but this one is done in such a way to keep us as healthy as possible. The trainers actually care about you and its very convenient for me since I work in the Homewood area. Would highly recommend.
