Location is awesome and the grounds are quite nice. Everything is chaotic as new ownership took over recently. Normally when one of your old appliances gives it up you receive another old appliance. Now, have non working dishwasher and waiting for new one but no date for its replacement.
Rents raised by $100 but maintenance is short staffed, so essentially one gets less.

A well-managed complex. Friendly and efficient office and maintenance staff. Public areas are always clean and landscape groomed. Fun community activities. Any needed repairs made promptly. Appreciate the preventative maintenence and seasonal service, like replacing furnace filters and checking for water leaks.

I am going to respond to a trash posting of Lori, the office team and Redfield Ridge Apartments as, the wife and I had a totally different experience while we lived here for three years. We found Lori to be exceptional, she and her maintenance team were always very responsive to our questions and our needs. Even when the wife was verbally scolded for clogging up the garbage disposal by the maintenance guys! I told her the maintenance guys were right, so just get over it. She did, the maintenance guys got fresh baked cookies and all was good with the world after that.
