I lived here from August 2019 to July 2021. The location of this place is outstanding, and we walked almost everywhere we needed to go. The building itself is very nice, and we rarely heard neighbors through the walls (though noise from the hallway carries easily, and there was construction on adjacent lots for most of the time we lived there).
Prior to CPW, we rented a townhouse from an individual for 11 years and had a wonderful experience, so perhaps that set our expectations too high. And maybe all corporate-managed apartments are this way, but CPW took a turn for the worse when Pinnacle was

Central Park West truly feels homely! It is safe and fun. The staff are all amazing, everyone are willing to help and friendly. Roberta has helped me many times even on her day off, she goes above and beyond. You can report maintenance issues quickly and they have a quick turn around for non-urgent issues.

I have been living here for just under a year and it has been a great experience. The apartment staff are fantastic and respond quickly to messages. The facilities are clean and updated. The community is friendly. Location is fantastic - walking distance to everything in West End and a quick drive to downtown Minneapolis. Highlights of my actual apartment include: the updated appliances, high ceilings, soundproofing in the walls (I never hear my neighbors), and low utilities cost. I have no complaints.

Living at Central Park West has been a great experience! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The amenity spaces are great and the building is well maintained. When I place a work order, our maintenance supervisor Jon completes it quickly and proficiently. The resident VIP program has been a great perk to have. It allows residents to get discounts at Crave, The Loop, and even the Reveal rooftop bar at the AC Marriott Hotel. The golf simulator is an amazing feature of the community that I did not see anywhere else while touring the area. I love the Central Park West app that allows

My husband and I have lived in several different apartment buildings over the years. Some great, some not so great. We've lived at Central Park West for about 6 months now and our experience here has been amazing. Management has been super helpful and friendly and they do a great job at keeping the building clean. We have only had a couple issues in our apartment, but they were both fixed right away. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well kept new building.

I moved into CPW about a month ago and it's been an incredible experience! The site team are all friendly and fun to talk with. Since my initial tour, they've been extremely accommodating and helpful.
The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! I feel like I'm walking into a 5-star hotel every day and they keep everything super clean, which is a plus. The amenities are amazing and the pool is definitely a hit over summer.
My apartment space is designed well and I don't hear much noise from my neighbors. I have no regrets on my choice to move to Central Park West!
