Ray of Hope was founded in 2020 by Raia Investment Partners to give back to our hometown heroes. Our community teams partner with local schools, military, fire, and police agencies to offer special rental discounts. I love the area, the apartments are cute and neighbors and staff are very friendly. Maintenance is always quick to respond which is nice. My only complaint is how much rent increases w/ lease renewal. I know this isn't unique to Spyglass, though! Overall, great place to live and despite the price I renewed.

The management is very friendly and quick to respond to emails. The apartments and facilities are great. I also really appreciate that the clubhouse is left open 24/7 (with the exception of this virus). My favorite thing about living here is that I always feel like my concerns and experience are genuinely important to everyone who works here.

I've been living at spyglass seaside for over a year now and it is by far the nicest apartment community I have ever lived in! We are in the most amazing location just a few minutes drive from beautiful Folly Beach, SC and close to Downtown Charleston. The property is beautiful and I see Great Blue Herons, Hawks, and Egrets on a daily basis. It feels great to have such an amazing staff maintaining our property and it truly feels like home. The amenities are top notch and our home is very well appointed. We will definitely be renewing our lease here another year!

Linda Gannon- I have lived at Spyglass Seaside for the past year and a half. The complex is absolutely beautiful and kept very clean. The staff and maintenance are all very professional at all times. My apartment is located on the second floor and it faces a beautiful pond where all the ducks and beautiful birds come and gather. Being able to sit on my balcony and have that view is such a blessing. I highly recommend anyone to come and look at these apartments.

We have been so happy at the Spyglass Seaside. It is in a convenient location, and the staff here is phenomenal. We have needed assistance from maintenance a few times, and they always respond very quickly. The front office ladies are friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help. The apartments are spacious, modern, and quiet. We also love the pool, as it is always clean! Having a dog, we especially love the dog park and the “Yappy Hour!” We’ve truly found a home here and have been very pleased to be a part of this community.

What an amazing apartment! The staff is lovely, and the ladies in the office are so helpful! The amenities are seriously amazing and I could not ask for a nicer community! Super dog friendly! My pup loves yappy hour every month, and the dog park is very nice! 5 min. From Folly Beach and 15 minutes to downtown in morning traffic, which makes commuting to MUSC in the morning very nice! Couldn’t be happier!

I absolutely love living here. The floor plan is so well thought out and the appliances are top notch. All my visitors are thoroughly impressed by the property and what it offers. Moving down from NYC I was looking for a safe community—never once have I felt uneasy . While being only 5 minutes away from the beach, Spyglass really does have everything you'd want!
