Wendover At Meadowood

So far I stayed in the community for 7 months and I must say this has been by far the best apartment complex I’ve resided with in the Greensboro area. Very fast response system with maintenance, fun rewards for residents, great amenities and wonderful customer service. Koleen and Ezra go above and beyond measures to ensure satisfaction. Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood! 10/10

I lived here for 4 years before moving to another city. I loved it! The location is great - my favorite grocery stores and local restaurants were within 5-10 mins of the apartment (not to mention having TJ Maxx and Costco across the street was awesome). The fire station is across the street, so I did hear sirens on a normal basis, but I got used to it pretty quickly and hardly heard them anymore. I have lived here for a year. The apartment is really nice and the staff are super friendly. The maintenance request i had raised always got resolved within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend living here.

Wonderful location.The staff is friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues..The fact that security rides through every few hours is a huge PLUS.The pool area is probably the best ones that I've ever seen. The stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops are beautiful.I wish we had valet trash but other than that I love it here..

Wendover at Meadowood has been my top choice for awhile now & since I got a job offer in Greensboro I’m moving back to the area! The location is perfect (dangerously close to TJMAXX lol) and the application process was easy! Ezra and Koleen answered all of my questions and was able to help me secure my apartment! Super excited for my move!

I lived in this community for three years and enjoyed every moment of it! The staff is wonderful and maintenance has gone above and beyond their duties on many an occasion for me. These apartment homes are beautifully laid out, the grounds are immaculate and the amenities really make it feel like home. We lived here for the past 3 years and I can only say it was great. Staff and maintenance were always polite, prompt and if we needed anything always there. Clean quite and comfortable apartments with high end amenities. Salt water pool is never overcrowded and has plenty of room to enjoy it year around.

I love Ms.Sabrina and her assistant. Very professional and courteous. My first year was great with the first office manager. But after that things shifted. Always read your lease and understand it. It covers the things that people generally complain about. It's not a bad place for people with children,pets, loudness on occasions. I prefer peace and quiet so my lease will be up soon. I will be leaving then. You pick and choose what you are willing to put up with! Choose wisely without complaining. Be blessed!!

We've lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. The three bedroom is extremely spacious (1465 square feet) and extremely affordable for the area (under $1100/month). You literally can't beat the price for the quality.

The master closet is a large walk-in. The master bath has a garden tub (unfortunately the second bath is a traditional tub). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are also quite large with size able closets as well.
