Apartment rent includes electricity, gas, and water separating us from the other Tempe apartments. The management and maintenance was very responsive. Had to get a repair one and Randy from the maintenance team was here within 1 hour after the call even during holidays.
Overall a great experience.

The apartments are good. The new management is better at solving issues. Maintenance is quick and Ryan really helped me out with my problem. He explains everything well and is quick with his work.

Randy the maintenance guy is on top of it like nobody I've ever seen. I've been here for 3 years. Says he's taking over as maintenance the place couldn't be better the pools are beautiful now he definitely makes it five star all the way.

Worst management. Here they dont allow tou to sublease your apartment. So if you take 1 yera lease and then decide to move out after 3 months then you cant sublease it. It was good earlier but recently the apartment has been sold to some stupid rise in the retreat bla bla builders so this management is not good at all.

Lived here 3.5 months with a door that had been previously kicked in and would not close properly. I indicated it upon move in and put in a formal work request. After talking one on one, Randy took time out of his weekend to come and PROPERLY fix the door that had been reported “fixed” by other staff I have never met. If you need something fixed and fixed right, Randy is the one to see.

I was visiting family at their new apartment. They had a plumbing issue their first day. Told the maintenance manager Randy and he was great. Stopped what he was doing and fixed it immediately.

Laurie and Cathy we're great, very helpful getting me situated.
My one bedroom apartment is clean, spacious and close to everything at a great price. I couldn't ask for more; the staff we're friendly and knowledgeable, they even helped me find some local mover's.

I lived here for 2 years and can honestly say it was a comfortable living. Pretty convenient location, very close to Mill Ave, and only about 7 miles away from Old Town Scottsdale. I stayed in a 1B on the second floor, there is a pool and a small fitness center for use. Laurie is a nice and helpful lady in the office. I don't like that they turn off the AC in the "winter", but since you aren't paying for utilities I guess it's fair.

My bf and I originally rented here out of necessity, and while some people have said the place isn't the best looking I'll tell ya what, I've never had better experiences with management (Laurie & Kathy) than I do here, they are always friendly, they take you seriously and they actually try to help you, fix issues, give advice and look out for their residents, we have had a generally positive experience here and while there are a few criticisms I could mention on this, they don't come close to outweighing the positive, so I hardly think its worth mentioning. We're moving

Good apartment to stay at. Lived here for about a year and a half and I've never had a major problem. The office is helpful whenever I've had to call maintenance and when I had paperwork for my gf to move in. They have a new little gym area now, I've been there once since it was setup, and it's kept well maintained. There's a lot of convenient things nearby too, like a Hungry Howies in walking distance, or the Dutch Bros. Overall, I've had a good experience here, especially being new to the area in general.

Amazing place to call home
Came here when we moved from Texas and Laurie and Kathy have been nothing short of amazing ! They made our first apartment renting experience the best . Great prices and all utilities included can't beat it .
