I moved in a few days ago and to start, Summer with the leasing office has been nothing but helpful. I called a few times with minor questions prior to move in and she was very nice every single time, which did not change once I moved in and had trouble with a couple things.
So customer service - 5 stars so far!
The 4 stars is simply because overall there are a few things about the apartment that I think should have been done prior to move in.
Example: the laundry area (see picture in a previous review for reference) great space. But my unit has not shelving so I had to go buy shelves to install

Dirty windows, infested with roaches, very poorly maintained. When I moved in, I found 6 or 8 very obvious problems (exhaust fans not working, doorbell not working, dishwasher not screwed to the countertop so it would tip over when the door was opened) so quality control as far as maintenance is zilch. Asked office to give me heads up for repairs as I work nights and sleep days, so naturally maintenance comes barreling in the next day at 9 am and said his work order didn't mention anything about coordinating repairs with me. Outside of windows are filthy, I asked when they would be cleaned and

Just finished my move in, and it has been nothing but great!!! Summer and Sarah offered amazing customer service and were very helpful with any and all questions that I had. Great location, that has pretty much everything you need within a 10 minute drive. Looking forward to my time to be spent here at Villa La Charles!!

So far I’m loving it. Much more roomy than my pricey 470 square foot apartment I was renting in Colorado. Apartment felt and smelled clean when I moved in. Had no idea what I was moving into due to a job opportunity and quick move so I wanted to get some photos posted of what a one bedroom unit looks like as of August 2021.

I recently moved from out of state to New Mexico and found Villa La Charles. I had a few minor issues upon arrival. Summer was absolutely amazing with communication and addressing all of my needs. The efficiency, professionalism, and attention to my needs has been amazing. What started off as a rough beginning has turned into a very positive experience. Thank you for making me feel at home!

My daughter and I tried to view an apartment just now and not only did no one answer the phone or any doors but when a woman did finally come out she was EXTREMELY rude and distasteful. She refused to give us any information because an apartment wouldn’t be ready until September (which is when we will be needing the apartment) and shut the door in my face. I cannot imagine how they treat their residents.

Amazing staff, Sara and Summer are amazing! They helped us out so much when we moved in and got exactly what we wanted! Area is beautiful and super clean. Apartments are high end and for a great cost, plus your within 5 mins of many hiking trails and many food and shopping areas! If your looking for a apartment to live at I would choose here 🙂
