I want to genuinely thank Jacqueline at Saxony at Chase Oaks. It’s a tough market out there finding an apartment that is affordable and nice. So many places I visited seemed to not care or have time to help. Jacqueline was always busy and multitasking, but attended to everyone with sincerity and efficiency. She went above and beyond to help me with my application and to find a floor plan that was right for me. She could have easily moved on to the next applicant when I didn’t get the unit I wanted, but instead she followed up with new units that were available. She’s the reason I didn’t

My favorite apartment complex that I have lived in the staff are so friendly. Veronica was very welcoming and helpful throughout the process of moving in. Maintaince gets things done right away and they do a good job! The pools are nice I just wish the hot tub was actually hot but other than that everything is kept in good shape!

The staff and community here is absolutely stellar! Every interaction I have with the maintenance team and front-desk crew is always positive. In particular, Jacqueline (a front desk associate) is always smiling, and an overachiever when it comes to her job. Her amazing service should be acknowledged! This community is 10/10

I really love the staff here, from the first moment i walked in , me and my family felt more then welcomed. jacoline was out leasing lady and has been very awesome. she's answers any questions that i may have and everyone does a great job with communication and getting back to you in a timely manner . The manager here is great , the maintenance is great . when i had a problem they came in and fixed it right away. i would recommend living here. they've done a great job with taking care of me.

We absolutely love it here at Saxony at Chase Oaks. Veronica and Jacqueline in the office are super nice and caring. They wanted to make sure we were 100% pleased with our apartment. Richard says it's very quiet on every floor and everyone has respect for their neighbors. The apartment is very spacious and love the fact that we have ceiling fans in each room. We will probably be here forever. We are extremely happy here.
