Very friendly staff and ideal location in Seaport, especially in the spring/summer when outdoor activities ramp up (breweries, workout classes, concerts). The unit itself was in perfect condition with all new appliances. Common areas include a gym, two roof decks, work areas, etc. Good dining options nearby. The building hosts different kinds of events several times a month - social, fitness, retail... Would recommend Via to anybody who's drawn to Seaport

Via in Seaport is one of the most well managed buildings in the Seaport. The entire team is spectacular and Grace Sanchez handles all maintenance and renewal discussions with ease. I especially love how the building feels boutique although it’s over 400 units. The team does an excellent job!

I've lived at VIA for almost a year now and it has been the best experience I've had. Leasing team is very helpful and super responsive. Jennifer and team is amazing! Concierge is always great ad there for anything you need. I love how secure the deliveries are . You don't have to worry about stolen packages. You get an email when the are delivered and everything is stored in a pretty secure room with someone monitoring the packages. If my office wasn't moving I would have renewed. The area can't be beat. Great restaurants, shops and, easy access to the silver line, and Trader Joes is across the

VIA Seaport has been home for me and my dog for two years now and we recently signed for a third. Apart from the unrivaled location at the heart of Seaport, the building and units are beautiful and kept impecable at all times. Rooftop space is vast and the gym has all I need. Above all, Grace, the property manager, and the rest of the leasing team constantly strive to make living at VIA the finest possible experience. They have more than succeeded!!! (Also, your dog will thank you eternally for moving in here!!!)

The VIA is the absolute definition of luxury. Living here has been fantastic and the renting and moving process was made so simple by the best team in Boston. Huge shout out to Kelsey who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful before and after living here. Not only is the space and view amazing, but the residence team plans great events (even virtual ones throughout COVID) and genuinely makes the building a fun and friendly community. They also put in a lot of effort to handle any complaints or problems quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend whether you’re looking in the area
