Everett is a hidden gem. The leasing/front office staff is amazing! Many thanks to Jessica Mendez, Sharon, and Sabrina. Their professionalism and longevity at Everett shows. They know the apt complex well, always greet you warmly, and respond to emails/calls within the day or by the next day.

Everett is really the best in terms of leasing office staff. So important. You feel comfortable with them handling your personal information and asking them questions about anything.

Been a resident here since 2018 of December moving from Los Angeles, super safe, living next door to the police station is even better with an addition of living super close to grocery stores, fast food places and restaurants plus more is what makes it better.

Best part about living here is the friendly staff in the front office, anytime a ticket is place you're kept up to date and our wonderful maintenance man Fred is always on top of things, very attentive super nice and hardworking with a friendly smile. (that's something i've never had the chance to experience back in Los Angeles

I have been a resident here for six years. They do their best to keep the amenities up to date and keep things new. Most of the staff are great. Especially Fred in maintenance. He is super hard working and one of the kindest humans I have come across. He always goes above and beyond to do a thorough job and makes sure that it is done right. Overall, a nice place to live.

Been living at the Everett for a couple years now and have had no issues. Nice area and a quiet unit. Desk staff have been wonderful with any issues that have cropped up and have always worked to accommodate anything that may pop up.

The maintenance crew with Fred and Terry have gone above and beyond with all sorts of issues at any point any time in the week and I'm truly thankful for all the help they've given us since the first day.

Great location close to everything you would need, and safe!

I would give this a 4 star if it weren't for Sharon in the management office. She is just rude and I don't like her attitude over the phone and in person. Everyone else in the office is very nice and respectful.

Other than that I really do like living here. I love the townhouse style apartment and high ceiling. Maintenance is great and very punctual and I love how our unit is right next to the pool and bbq pit. Definitely feels like I'm on vacation looking out from our balcony.

But someone please do something about Sharon though. I think she's very rude and unprofessional

The application process was the best I've ever had thanks to Sharon Whitaker. She remained diligent and followed through with everything we needed for our family from start to finish! It can be hard to find true quality customer service, but Sharon is a real professional. Thank you!

I made an appointment to tour an apartment because I had a little more than a week to move. I explained my situation and that I needed to move out of my apartment in California and to a new one in Vegas in time for work.
Setting up the tour was easy.
Here is the issue, the day before I drive 4 hours from California to check out the apartment I got a phone call and an email confirming my tour. I show up early and call to see if I can move my time up because I’m excited to view the property. BUT THEY HAD OTHER PLANS. Lady on the phone proceeds to tell me they have no availability and they don’t

I have lived at Everett with my husband and our pug for the past 5 years. It truly is a wonderful place to live. The complex is very well maintained by super-friendly super handymen Terry and Fred. The proximity to the police station ensures things stay nice and quiet. The apartments are well-built; we very rarely hear any noise from neighboring units. The pool area is so nice too. I can't recommend living here enough.

Just wanted to express how much I appreciate the Everett Apartment Homes staff -- from the leasing office to the maintenance duo, Fred and Terry, everyone has always been friendly, professional and prompt with all inquiries and requests. Living here has been my most enjoyable renting experience here in Vegas, and that's primarily because of the excellent management, leasing, and maintenance crew. I been living here 2 years, overall things been great. Despite, we had some miscommunication towards the end I have nothing but great things. The property is always well kept, and clean. I love my apt and everything is updated & new. I want to give shout out to Terry, he is amazing. When I put in any maintenance issue, he always on it. I never have to doubt anything when it comes to him. He always speak to me when he see me & making sure I'm good.

Everett has a great community feel and is located in an extremely convenient, quiet, and safe part of SW Las Vegas. The staff here are extremely helpful and respectful-- especially the maintenance department (Terry & Fred) who do a fantastic job keeping the community nice. If a maintenance issue comes up, its always resolved promptly and professionally. In addition, we love that Fred always has dog treats on hand to offer the pups!

After living here for over 4 years, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering it!

We just moved in about a week ago. The apartment and grounds are very nice and well maintained. It's so quiet the main sound you hear are birds chirping.

The apartment comes with an alarm system that the tenant sets up. Also it's a gated community with security patrol which provides extra safety.

The location is within walking distance from Smiths grocery, Jollibee and a big shopping center. Plus there's a bus stop close by in case you don't have a car.

Had called and scheduled a tour for 1:00 the day prior, we showed up the next day and no one was in the leasing office. Tried calling and couldn’t get an answer. We waited ten minutes and left.

I enjoy the small community. It's quiet, well kept and patrolled, diverse community with singles, small families and older residents.

Lived there for a year; very professional staff, exceptional customer service, and service requests always taken care on a timely matter. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful as well.

Update: 6/22 - decided to give it another try so I called back to see if I could speak with someone else. Jessica answered the phone and she was a lot more helpful and was very pleasant over the phone. Thanks for all of your help Jessica!

I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex. After living in a handful of other apartment complexes, this has been the first and only complex I only have positive things to say.
I've lived in Everett for a year and I've seen the same three girls working in the office and they seem to know everyone. I see families, college aged girls, older couples living in the complex. I've had no issues with loud parties, no issues with dirty neighbors.
I've called maintenance a couple of times and they've always come in on the same day or early the next day. On

I've lived in three apartments in my life and I would say Everett Apartments is the best! This gated community is very quiet and there is security patrolling the area 24/7.

I rented a Bristol 1 bedroom apartment and I'm very satisfied with the size and coziness of it. The ceiling is pretty high and nice. There is a washer and dryer included in the unit. Everything in the unit is clean and looks almost brand new. This apartment is pet-friendly and I believe you can have up to 2 animals (cats and/or dogs) that have a combined weight of 40 lbs. I haven't brought my dog in, though

Lived here for about 3 years. Never had any issues. Very friendly staff and excellent maintenance guy. Just bought a home so this was my final apartment. Nothing but good things to say.

I called to check pricing and availablity for the 2 bedroom townhomes & the lady I spoke to told me they start at $1350 & the price goes up BUT we don’t even have any available, i then asked for a 3 bedroom & she said “well they start at (whatever price)” she sounded almost condescending like the price was out of my range. I was extremely offended & told her that it’s ok cause I pay almost $1,700 for a 1 bedroom currently & she said “oh you do” but she said they had nothing available at all & had no idea when they would. This place has been absolutely phenomenal! They have well exceeded my expectations. I read the reviews before I moved in and wanted to live somewhere the property management was good. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. I just moved out back into my house and am sad to leave but excited for the future. Laura and Sharon especially are wonderful. Great apartment complex. Love the location and feel safe living next to the police station. The entire staff is great (in the office and maintenance) Id especially love to give Yvonne a shoutout for helping me out through the process. The apartments are in wonderful condition and the rent price seems fair compared to the other monthly prices located nearby.

I wanted to buy a house in Vegas, so I went there to check the 6 top apartment complexes( according to reviews ) to rent a place for a while before buying a house. Two of them were the best in terms of initial customer service. They made me feel welcome and were very thorough with explaining everything. One of them was Everett. I want to especially thank Yvonne. She is an exceptional manager. She not only did her job flawlessly but also was a good person. You need goodness to make a good manager, an exceptional one. I'm only giving this complex a 5 star rating all because of Yvonne. If you talk to anyone in the office, questions & all, paying rent, etc definitely talk to her. She's honestly the most professional, & a total sweetheart! The other lady that works in the office is completely rude for no reason, to not only me but other people living in the complex, & when people want a look at the available units. That's my only complaint with the complex, above all else everything is awesome!

My wife and I lived here for 1 year, and have to say, it was one of our most enjoyable dwellings to date. We've lived in luxury high rises in Miami Beach, San Francisco, and NY. If you're looking to get a little peace and quiet away from the Strip, this, in my opinion is a great option.
