Everyone at Hidden Village was professional and patient, from the application process through the million and one questions I had as a new resident. I love being able to explore Gainesville, and then head home to an area surrounded by nature - the lake’s a great spot to be if you enjoy bird watching.

Hidden Village has the best group of people ever. Between the great office staff and the awesome maintenance crew. They make you feel like family.

As a vendor for Hidden Village, we have been pleased to work with the staff to help ensure that each resident moves into a clean, healthy, and safe environment! Heather, as well as her staff, takes such great pride in this community, and we have definitely recommended this property to some of our peers! Resigned my lease for the second time this year! I love this quiet little community! Any issues I have had have been resolved instantly. The people who work here are fantastic and really work hard to keep the residents happy! 😊

Awesome place to live. Heather, Danielle, and the Maintenance staff are friendly and caring. I had a little situation going on so I went to them about it and they helped me out tremendously. Its very quiet and peaceful the way I like it. The area is great and minutes from pretty much everything. I highly recommend living in Hidden Village Apartments.

I love that it’s a quite neighborhood! The manager Heather is awesome and very professional at her job! Danielle the leasing specialist is my favorite as she makes me smile ever time I see her! Maintenance requests are easy and are always done in a timely manner (Good job Jason) ! It is a pure delight to live here and be a part of this community!

From start to finish, my experience here has been very pleasant. Heather, the community manager went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect apartment. The community is very clean and everyone here has been extremely helpful. Maintenance is always there when you need them and they are very friendly. My dog, Nala is always greeted by the staff up front with treats when we go for walks. I've never felt so welcomed at any other apartment complex I've lived in. I'll definitely be staying at Hidden Village until I finish grad school! Highly recommended!

Been here just about a year and renewed my lease the staff is amazing .It is nice quiet place and the neighbors are nice and respectful

Despite the recent devastation this complex has experienced with Hurricane Irma, the team has vastly been able to take of the needs of my apartment with its damages. Thank you so much for doing what you can in a timely manner. I am much appreciative. The manager is a Warrior of Customer Service.

Okay. So I would honestly do not recommend this place to anyone. Ever. When we moved in the stove was not working. It took 2 days to fix and the guy who did it was rude.
When the hurricane happened the roads were floated. No access to laundry room or mail boxes. The complex was floated before because of the rain and I guess the collier companies… could not care less about improving the situation and trying to prevent the second time.
With that being said, the apartments are so old , it's ridiculous. The kitchen has no space or counters; so cut your salad on the floor, please. The fridge

Hidden Village is in the perfect location! Right in the heart of Gainesville, but with none of the traffic as it's perfectly "tucked" away and provides the perfect sense of community and privacy. The manager there was so helpful and had such an incredibly contagious bubbly personality. This will definitely be my next apartment!

Really good place for the price. The location is incredible. I've lived in a lot of places, and this has the usual apartment living things. But... it's an apartment. The office is soooo great. Maintenance works hard and it shows. Really quiet area and nice to walk around (really pretty).
