It is now 1/7 (Friday evening). I am writing this review because I have reached my wits ends and I am very disappointed with the dwelling I have moved into.
On move-in day (Monday of the same week, 1/3/22) I found a substantial amount of dead ants behind my toilet which shows that this apartment was not professionally cleaned as it is advertised before residents move in. There were broken blinds, loose cabinets, garbage disposal malfunctioning. I’m a very lenient guy and I try to work with people however. This is all happening the same week that I move into my unit. I call the front office and

I was visiting some family at this complex and I was extremely impressed. The whole complex is very nice and clean and very well kept. Usually with bigger complex they aren’t as clean but I was really impressed with this one. I would recommend if anyone is looking for a place to live to come check this one out.

The team at Vista Imperio does a great job from start to finish. The process is painless and seamless. Vanessa and Jen are very professional and kind. Jen goes out of her way for me often, she has been a lifesaver. Thanks Jen!
The maintenance team does a fantastic job preparing the property before moving in. Fresh paint, no holes and extremely clean.

Such a beautiful place to live! I’ve lived here with my family for about 3 years…Here’s a picture of my kitchen, I love love love the white cabinets with stainless steal appliances. Also the quart counter tops. I just have to give a shout-out to the maintenance guy Greg! He does such an awesome job! He really comes through for our little community! Thank you so much Greg! 5 Stars for you dude!
