I have lived here for almost two years and I love it the management is amazing. As long as I communicate with them daily when rent is coming due they are lenient and very understanding and work out payments with me and have outstanding hospitality and customer service I would definitely renew my lease for several more years as they have been the best apartments I’ve ever lived at just because management i is easy to work with and are always understanding in rough times and supportive and helpful! I wanted to update my review, GG the manager is amazing so helpful and kind. The maintenance can take forever but eventually everything gets done. Management does a really good job on helping you out especially if you’re in a rough time and keeps you updated on what’s going on. It’s a nice little apartment complex, no one bothers you.

For me it is the worst place I have lived in Utah in more than 15 years, first of all there is no parking for the visitor or for your mother who is going to visit you, they always take the cars, the cranes from everywhere, no parking has a number Nobody has their own parking for me, paying 2 parking lots, the tow truck took my car and I spent two days without a car because the manager could not do anything at the time, whenever you go to the office there is a bad face to assist you but to charge more money They are very good, three days before I left I paid 200 dollars for my dog but when

I am redoing my last review, I do love this complex. The front office girls are incredible always very helpful. Small miscommunication happened for last review but they helped correct it and I am very pleased. While guest parking is almost non existent, everything else about this place I love ! I am so happy with my apartment and it’s very comfortable and clean space to be in. ❤️ Love this place and will be renewing my lease

My boyfriend and I love living here! My boyfriend and I lived in new “luxury apartments” right across the street about a year ago and it was the worst experience. Constant parking tickets because there was NO parking. We can almost always find parking even if it’s a little bit of a further walk. Staff is awesome we where late on paying one of our bills so one of the girls in the office gave us a call instead of just shutting our power and such off and allowed us to pay the next day. It’s crazy affordable compared to other nice apartments in salt lake. We signed a 6 month lease but will
