I loved living here. The property manager and maintenance crew are all incredibly nice and helpful. The apartments themselves have high ceilings and nice details like backsplash in the kitchen and lots of natural light. The property is well maintained and pet friendly. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state.

I loved living at the Apartments on Edgehill! Such a great location and wonderful staff! By far the best apartment complex I have lived at in Columbus! I highly recommend! The units are very updated and well maintained, staff is very communicative and helpful with everything and it's a safe location right in the middle of Grandview!

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in bar none.
- Rod the maintenance man is prompt and skilled with repairs
- Tina at the front desk is prompt and kind, helped my roommate and I save money during the COVID pandemic
- The quality of the units is the best I've seen, new and clean
- Perfect location close to a lot of restaurants/gyms and safe neighborhood
- I give my highest recommendation for this complex

I was fortunate enough to live at Edgehill for 4 years! The only reason I left was because I moved out of state (or else I would have stayed!!) The staff is incredible, Mainteance is so quick and professional. The location is perfect for a young professional. Close to bars/restaurants. The apartments themself are of high quality. I can’t recommend Edgehill enough! Truly thankful for my time spent there.

Best apartment living experience I could have asked for. Tina, the manager, is extremely kind and attentive to requests/issues. There are numerous examples I could give, but just know your concerns will be promptly and properly addressed. Rod, Don, and the rest of the maintenance/groundskeeping team keeps the place looking great and are also quick to address any issues that may arise. The convenient location also makes it a great place to live - with a COTA bus to get you to OSU, UA, north campus, and the Short North, as well as all of the attractions around Grandview, I cannot recommend them highly

This is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are beautiful, well-made with very nice appliances. The location is awesome. The staff are so, so wonderful. Friendly, attentive; they really do care about you. I just recently moved out because I got a house, and while buying a home is very exciting, I’m still a bit sad about leaving Edgehill. That’s how great this place is.

"High-end" apartments offering views of a manufacturing storage yard.
Offer no amenities while trying to charge the same prices as complexes in the area with pools and gyms. Keep 50% of your deposit for a community fee while again offering no community amenities. Multiple walls in my apartment were already cracking. Now trying to charge $20/month for an uncovered parking spot next to section 8 housing.

I LOVED THIS PLACE!! This has hands down been my favorite apartment I've lived in in Columbus. I think it's a great price given the location (Giant Eagle is literally across the railroad tracks, not even 2 minutes walking distance) and the quality of the apartment. I had friendly neighbors, the staff always knew who I was and promptly responded to whatever I needed. They even helped me carry my heavy furniture out because they could see I was struggling to do it by myself! It was absolutely amazing, I'm honestly so sad that I had to leave. It's a quiet area, it's well-maintained, and I had 0 issues
